Examining Factors Influence Aggressive Behavior of Middle School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33, Muang District, Surin Province

Abstract

This article aimed 1) to examine the aggressive behaviour of lower secondary school students, 2) to compare the aggressive behaviour of students with different genders, and 3) to investigate the effects of factors such as responsibilities of family, alcohol consumption behaviour and emotion regulation on the students’ aggressive behaviour. The samples of this research were 389 students. They were selected by multi-stage random sampling technique. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires asking about alcohol consumption behaviour, family’s roles and responsibilities, aggressive behaviour, and emotional regulation with the reliability of 87.1, 0.880, 0.859, 0.813, respectively. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (dependent samples), The simple correlation coefficient of Pearson and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. Aggressive behaviours of lower secondary school students were found overall, aggressive behaviour is at a low level Considered by each aspect, it was found that students exhibit verbal in overall low levels of verbal aggression and physically aggressive behavior, overall at a low level. 2. Students with different genders there is no difference in aggressive behaviours.

3. The factors influencing aggressive behaviours of students include alcohol consumption behaviour and emotional regulation. They collectively predicted the aggressive behaviour of students with an accuracy statistically significance set at 61.90%.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำแนกตามเพศ และ 3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และปัจจัยด้านการกำกับอารมณ์ที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียน จำนวน 389 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ แบบวัดการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว แบบวัดพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว และแบบวัดการกำกับอารมณ์ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 87.1, 0.880, 0.859, 0.813 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test (dependent samples) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นมีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว โดยรวมในระดับน้อย และรายด้านประกอบด้วย พฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวทางวาจา อยู่ในระดับน้อย และพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวทางร่างกาย อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของนักเรียน คือ พฤติกรรมการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และการกำกับอารมณ์ ซึ่งสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของนักเรียนได้ ร้อยละ 61.90
