The Development of Team Work Competencies of Teachers at School Education Expansion on Behalf of The Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The aims of this research are to study the current condition Desired condition and the necessary needs of teachers' teamwork competencies and develop guidelines for developing teamwork competencies of teachers in schools to expand educational opportunities. Under the jurisdiction of the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, the sample group consisted of administrators and teachers, totaling 247 people. The group of informants included administrators of 2 model schools, 2 people, and 5 experts evaluating, research instruments including questionnaires, interviews, and assessment forms. Statistics used to analyze data include percentages, averages, standard deviations, and priority needs index. The research results was found that 1) Current conditions regarding teamwork competencies of teachers in educational opportunity expansion schools. The overall level is moderate. Desired condition Overall, it was at a high level. and necessary needs regarding teamwork competencies of teachers in schools that expand educational opportunities Sorted by index value from highest to lowest, namely, first, the performance of the role of leader and follower in the occasion that is appropriate, followed by participation, helping, supporting and understanding each other, and Setting goals and principles for working as a team, respectively. 2) Guidelines for developing teamwork competency of teachers in schools to expand educational opportunities Under the jurisdiction of the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, it consists of 3 elements 27 guidelines. The results of evaluating the guidelines found that the guidelines were overall appropriate at the highest level. and the overall possibility is at a high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา และพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู รวมจำนวน 247 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนต้นแบบ 2 แห่ง จำนวน 2 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินแนวทาง จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และความต้องการจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา เรียงลำดับตามค่าดัชนีจากมากไปน้อย คือ ลำดับแรก ด้านการแสดงบทบาทผู้นำและผู้ตามในโอกาสที่เหมาะสม รองลงมา คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ช่วยเหลือ สนับสนุนและเข้าใจซึ่งกันและกัน และด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมายและหลักปฏิบัติในการทำงานเป็นทีม ตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ 27 แนวทาง ผลการประเมินแนวทาง พบว่า แนวทางมีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
