Development of Program to Enhance Agriculture Working Skills Based on Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy for Mutthayomsueksa 1 Students

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop the program for agriculture working skills development with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy and to testing the program for study its result. In order to compare the agriculture working skills of the student in secondary education (Level 1) in term of Pre-joining and Post-joining the program. The sampling of this research including 33 persons of the student in secondary education (Level 1) which sampled based on the Simple random sampling method (Cluster Random Sampling). In this research the sampling has attending the activity for 10 times. The tools of this research including; 1) The program for agriculture working skills development with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy 2) The evaluation form for agriculture working skills development with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy which composes of the Discrimination value between 0.491-0.994 and the Overall Reliability value at 0.899. In this research, the statistic for analysis comprise of Average value, Standard deviation value, and T-test (One sample and Dependent Samples).

The result.

The program for agriculture working skills development with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy comprise of 10 activities which help the user to develop the knowledge and the understanding of agriculture working skills, the attribute of Sufficiency (Modesty, Rationality, good immunity). This program emphasizes the student to training on planning, using the tools, and taking an action in order to gain the agriculture working skills. This research accuracy in term of content and evaluation of the student in secondary education (Level 1) by 5 experts which found that the result shows at the most appropriate level.

The student which sampling in this research program significantly gained higher skill points for agriculture working skills development with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy after joining the program (Posttest) than before joining the program. In conclusion, the Standard deviation value of sufficiency of the sampling student after joining the program is higher than before joining the program at level 0.5 in statistically significant for all attribute (Modesty, Rationality, good immunity).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรด้วยหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และเพื่อทดลองใช้โปรแกรมส่งเสริมทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรด้วยหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมโดยเปรียบเทียบทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของความพอเพียงของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ก่อนเข้าร่วมและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 33 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม(Cluster Random Sampling ) ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ให้นักเรียนได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจำนวน 10 ครั้ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้แก่ โปรแกรมส่งเสริมทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรด้วยหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและแบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตร มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อตั้งแต่ 0.491 - 0.994 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.899

สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที กรณีกลุ่มเดียว (One Sample t-test และการทดสอบที แบบกลุ่มไม่อิสระ (t-test Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

โปรแกรมส่งเสริมทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรด้วยหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างและพัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบไปด้วยกิจกรรม 10 กิจกรรม ที่จะช่วยส่งเสริมความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเรื่องทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตร คุณลักษณะของความพอเพียง(ความพอประมาณ ความมีเหตุผล การมีภูมิคุ้มกันในตัวที่ดี) โดยเน้นให้นักเรียนได้ฝึกปฏิบัติเรื่องการวางแผน การใช้อุปกรณ์ และการลงมือปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้เกิดทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตร และมีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและการประเมินโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรด้วยหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 ท่าน พบว่าผลการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมากที่สุด

นักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมส่งเสริมทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรด้วยหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีคะแนนทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม (Posttest) สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

นักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมส่งเสริมทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเกษตรด้วยหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนคุณลักษณะของความพอเพียงของนักเรียนหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม (Posttest) สูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งด้านความพอประมาณ ความมีเหตุผล และการมีภูมิคุ้มกันในตัวที่ดี
