Development of Scientific Creative Thinking Abilities in Science with Inquiry-based Learning (5E) by Integrating STEAM Education for Mathayomsuksa 4 Students

Abstract

The objectives of this research were, 1) to develop Scientific Creativity Thinking Ability with Inquiry-based Learning (5E) by Integrating STEAM education for Mathayomsuksa 4 students, the criteria must be passed at 70% and 2) to develop the academic achievement of Mathayomsuksa 4 students who receive Inquiry-based Learning (5E) by integrating STEAM education, passed the criteria of 70%. The target group in this study consisted of 38 Mathayomsuksa 4/7 students attending Mahasarakham University Demonstration School (Secondary). Research instruments were an Inquiry-based Learning management plan (5E) by Integrating STEAM studies, tests for measuring scientific creativity ability, Achievement tests, and interviews. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that: 1) Study of the Development of Scientific Creativity Thinking Ability, The students have higher scores in scientific creativity and thinking ability, There was an increase in students whose scientific creativity and thinking ability scores passed the criteria of 70%. And 2) Study of academic achievement development, The students had higher academic achievement scores, There was an increase in students with academic achievement scores passing the 70% criteria.

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ (5E) โดยบูรณาการสตีมศึกษา สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ให้ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ (5E) โดยบูรณาการสตีมศึกษาให้ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/7 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม (ฝ่ายมัธยม) จำนวน 38 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ (5E) โดยบูรณาการสตีมศึกษา แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาการพัฒนาความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ นักเรียนมีคะแนนความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์สูงขึ้น และมีนักเรียนที่มีคะแนนความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 เพิ่มสูงขึ้น และ 2) การศึกษาการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน นักเรียนมีคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้น และมีนักเรียนที่มีคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 เพิ่มสูงขึ้น
