Four-block Learning Management Combined with the 5W1H Technique to Promote Reading Proficiency Comprehrnsion for Grade 5 Students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to 1) create a four-block learning management plan using the 5W1H approach to enhance fifth graders' reading comprehension skills. Performance criteria 75/75 2) to evaluate the reading comprehension skills of fifth-grade students who studied during pre- and post-school hours using four-block learning arrangements together with 5W1H approaches. There are twenty-five Grade 5 Arunroj Kindergarten students enrolled in the second semester of 2023. Six learning management plans for students in the fifth grade were one of the research's instruments. Twelve hours in total. 2) x̅ = 4.78 is the most appropriate assessment level. The exam assesses one's capacity for reading comprehension. a 30-question, 4-choice multiple-choice test. Its classification power ranges from 0.20-0.60, its difficulty value is between 0.24-0.80, and its confidence value is 0.78, exam with a subjective format. A total of six items in all. Its power, difficulty, and confidence values range from 0.41 to 0.58, 0.85, and 0.70, respectively. 3) The 10-item satisfaction survey has a total confidence of 0.86 and a classification power ranging from 0.43-0.68 The percentage, mean (x̅), standard deviation (S.D.), and statistics are among the statistics used in data analysis. The T-test.

The results that followed demonstrated that

1. The four-block learning management plan using the 5W1H approach has an efficiency of 80.65/77.27 for fifth grade students, achieving the necessary norms of 75/75

2. After the class, using four-block learning arrangements along with 5W1H approaches, students learned reading comprehension statistically substantially better than before, at a significance level of .05

3. Fifth graders who use strategies along with four-block learning configurations to study. The goal is to increase reading comprehension skills to a high degree of satisfaction. with average results (S.D. = 0.55 and x̅ = 4.46).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโฟร์บล็อกร่วมกับเทคนิค 5W1H เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโฟร์บล็อกร่วมกับเทคนิค 5W1H ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโฟร์บล็อกร่วมกับเทคนิค 5W1H ประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนอนุบาลอรุณโรจน์ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 6 แผน รวม 12 ชั่วโมง มีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมากที่สุด x̅ = 4.78 2) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความ ข้อสอบแบบปรนัย 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ ซึ่งมีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.24-0.80 มีค่าอำนาจจำเเนกระหว่าง 0.20-0.60 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.78 ข้อสอบชนิดอัตนัย จำนวน 6 ข้อ ซึ่งมีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.37-0.58 มีค่าอำนาจ จำเเนกระหว่าง 0.41-0.70 เเละมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.85 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ จำนวน 10 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.43-0.68 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.86 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และสถิติ T-test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโฟร์บล็อกร่วมกับเทคนิค 5W1H สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 80.65/77.27 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 75/75

2. นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ โฟร์บล็อกร่วมกับเทคนิค 5W1H หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
