Abstract

Research on guidelines for sustainable agricultural tourism development, Ban Pha Rang Mee Noen Maprang District Phitsanulok Province. The objectives are 1) Study the components of tourism resources Agriculture of Ban Pha Rang Mee area Noen Maprang District Phitsanulok Province 2) To evaluate the potential of indicators according to the standards of Ban Pha Rang Mee agricultural tourism attractions. Noen Maprang District Phitsanulok Province and 3) to propose guidelines for sustainable agricultural tourism development at Ban Pha Rang Mee, Noen Maprang District, Phitsanulok Province. It is a mixed research method. During qualitative research Use in-depth interviews with key informants And quantitative research used questionnaires with 168 Thai tourists in Phitsanulok Province and analyzed using statistical techniques, namely mean and standard deviation.

The research results found that Thai tourists who travel to Ban Pha Rang Mi Noen Maprang District Phitsanulok Province Most are female, aged 31 - 40 years, education level High School/Vocational Certificate Occupation: Private business/trading Average monthly income 10,001 – 20,000 baht. Hometown: Central region. Choose type of accommodation: Resort. The main purpose of tourism to travel and visit relatives/friends traveling with family/relatives Channels for receiving travel information from Social Media such as facebook Line tiktok youtube. Travel expenses per day are not more than 1,000 baht and transportation is Private car.

The overall composition of tourist attractions is at a high level when considering each aspect, namely tourism activities. Attraction Perception and access at a high level and facilities is at a moderate level.

The overall standards of agricultural tourism destinations are at a high level. When considering each aspect It is at a moderate level in 2 aspects: the supporting potential of agricultural tourism destinations And the service potential of agricultural tourism destinations is at a high level in 2 areas: the potential for attracting the attention of agricultural tourism destinations and management potential of agricultural tourism destinations.

Overall sustainable tourism in Ban Pha Rang Mee is at a high level when considering each aspect. It is at a high level in every aspect as follows: the need to conserve natural resources and the environment. the need for human development and the importance of community participation and the needs of tourists interested in tourism for learning.

งานวิจัย เรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืน บ้านผารังหมี อำเภอเนินมะปราง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรของเขตพื้นที่บ้านผารังหมี อำเภอเนินมะปราง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก 2) เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพตัวชี้วัดตามมาตรฐานแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรบ้านผารังหมี อำเภอเนินมะปราง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืน บ้านผารังหมี อำเภอเนินมะปราง จังหวัดพิษณุโลกเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถาม กับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 168 คน และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้เทคนิคทางสถิติ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวบ้านผารังหมี อำเภอเนินมะปราง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 31 - 40 ปี ระดับการศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวส. อาชีพ ธุรกิจส่วนตัว/ค้าขาย รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001 – 20,000 บาท ภูมิลำเนา ภาคกลาง เลือกประเภทของที่พัก รีสอร์ท วัตถุประสงค์หลักในการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อมาท่องเที่ยวเยี่ยมญาติ/เพื่อน เดินทางท่องเที่ยวกับครอบครัว/ญาติพี่น้อง ช่องทางในการรับข้อมูลทางการท่องเที่ยวจาก Social Media เช่น facebook Line tiktok youtube มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการท่องเที่ยวต่อวัน ไม่เกิน 1,000 บาท และพาหนะในการเดินทางคือ รถยนต์ส่วนตัว

องค์ประกอบของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวโดยรวม อยู่ระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจ ด้านการรับรู้ และการเข้าถึง อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

มาตรฐานแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรโดยรวมอยู่ระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านศักยภาพการรองรับของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร และด้านศักยภาพการให้บริการของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร อยู่ระดับมาก 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านศักยภาพการดึงดูดใจของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร และด้านศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร

การท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนของบ้านผารังหมีโดยรวม อยู่ระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ระดับมากทุกด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านความต้องการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ความต้องการในการพัฒนาคนและให้ความสำคัญกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และด้านความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวที่สนใจการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการเรียนรู้
