The influence of Conflict Management Strategies for Efficiency in work and Public Health Policy from the pandemic for professional nurses Maha Sarakham Province

Abstract

There is a need for doing research on conflict management techniques, operational efficiency, and public health policy from the pandemic for professional nurses in Maha Sarakham Province. 1. To investigate the components of conflict resolution techniques in five dimensions, that impact through professional nurses 2. To investigate the relationship between dispute resolution tactics and state public health policy. and 3. To provide recommendations on public health policies.

This research is a combination of mixed approach. A random sample of 255 persons out of 707 populations was used, Professional nurses in operational positions made up the sample group. Six persons are employed in expert and specialized jobs. An opinion questionnaire was employed as the research instrument in this study to collect data. Form of semi-structured interview the open-ended interview questions were predetermined. The following analyses were performed on the data using the SPSS package: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and Multiple regression analysis.

The study's findings revealed that professional nurses' conflict management tactics Overall, it performs at the greatest level. When separated into each facet, it was discovered that competition Professional nurses had the greatest level of opinion ( = 4.46, S.D = 0.582) and the lowest level of avoidance ( = 4.43, S.D = 0.613) on their job efficiency. Overall, it was at the greatest level ( = 4.40; S.D = 0.618). The time aspect received the most opinions ( = 4.50, S.D = 0.577), while the expense aspect received the least ( = 4.34, S.D =.611). Public health policy perceptions It was at its peak overall ( = 4.23, S.D = 0.717). Upon categorizing each element, it was discovered that the workplace's layout personnel element had the lowest level of opinion ( = 4.17, S.D = 0.747) and the greatest level ( = 4.25, S.D = 0.718). The effectiveness of professional nurses' work is impacted by conflict management techniques. Professional nurses' performance may be predicted and enhanced by conflict management techniques, which are statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 78.5 percent of Maha Sarakham Province (Adj R2 = 0.785).

การวิจัยเรื่อง กลยุทธ์การจัดการความขัดแย้งที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน และนโยบายภาครัฐด้านสาธารณสุขจากภาวะโรคระบาดใหญ่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จังหวัดมหาสารคาม มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อตรวจสอบองค์ประกอบของกลยุทธ์การจัดการความขัดแย้ง 5 มิติที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของกลยุทธ์การจัดการความขัดแย้งกับนโยบายรัฐด้านสาธารณสุข 3.เพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่มีต่อนโยบายภาครัฐด้านสาธารณสุข

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ จังหวีดมหาสารคาม ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 255 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 707 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ 3 ระดับตำแหน่ง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพในตำแหน่งปฏิบัติการ ตำแหน่งชำนาญการ และตำแหน่งชำนาญการพิเศษ จำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ที่มีการกำหนดคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์ไว้ล่วงหน้าซึ่งเป็นคำถามปลายเปิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS เพื่อดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ ดังนี้ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลยุทธ์การจัดการความขัดแย้งของพยาบาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการแข่งขัน มีระดับความคิดเห็นสูงสุด (x̅ = 4.46, S.D = 0.582) และน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยง ( = 4.43, S.D = 0.613) ประสิทธิภาพการปฎิบัติงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.40, S.D = 0.618) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านเวลา มีระดับความคิดเห็นสูงสุด ( = 4.50, S.D = 0.577) และน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงาน ( = 4.34, S.D = .611) การรับรู้นโยบายภาครัฐด้านสาธารณสุข โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.23, S.D = 0.717) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านโครงสร้างสิ่งแวดล้อมในที่ทำงาน มีระดับความคิดเห็นสูงสุด ( = 4.25, S.D = 0.718) และน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านบุคลากร ( = 4.17, S.D = 0.747) กลยุทธ์การจัดการความขัดแย้งมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยที่กลยุทธ์การจัดการความขัดแย้งสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์และประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จังหวัดมหาสารคาม 78.5 % (Adj R2 = 0.785)
