Operating and improving the quality of life for the rural housewife group in Sub-Yang Village, Nong Sa Rai Subdistrict, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.

Abstract

The research aims to study on Operating and improving the quality of life for the rural housewife group in Sub-Yang Village, Nong Sa Rai Subdistrict, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. To study the operation and improvement of the quality of life of rural women in Ban Sap Yang. Nong Sarai Subdistrict, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province is a qualitative research with 20 informants. A group of 5 practitioners, a group of 10 practitioners, and a group of 10 individuals.

Research Findings 1) The operations to promote women's occupations by the Rural Women's Development Group of Ban Sap Yang, Nong Sarai Subdistrict, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, began with the establishment of the group facilitated by relevant agencies. The group consists of various positions with distinct responsibilities, such as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Accountant, Public Relations, Marketing, and Members. Regarding planning and business strategy, the group has shown an effective approach in organizing activities and setting clear financial and operational targets. This includes resource planning for production funds, raw materials, and labor, allowing for precise demand forecasting and achieving desired outcomes. In terms of market management, the group primarily considers production costs when determining desired profits. Price adjustments for wholesale transactions are carefully deliberated to align with market conditions and customer demand. For accounting management, the group maintains simple accounts that record income, expenses, and liabilities. However, the group faces development challenges, such as a shortage of essential raw materials, management and marketing issues, and financial constraints due to a lack of funding sources for loans or assistance to produce goods. 2) Performance on improving the quality of life of Ban Sap Yang Rural Women Development Group Nong Sarai Subdistrict, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province Physically, it was found that the members were satisfied with sleep. Have sufficient manpower to carry out activities of daily living and be satisfied with their own health condition. Illness does not affect lifestyle or activities as a result of promoting health care in the group. Be confident and assertive, and have the ability to develop yourself. There are also friends to support in improving life. On the social side, there is a social opinion and mutual support among group members. There is an exchange of experiences and building social relationships, and there is professional and social self-development. Environmentally, members feel secure in their daily lives and have a healthy and well-being environment. This is the result of having protection and mutual assistance in the group.

การวิจัยเรื่อง การดำเนินงานของกลุ่มพัฒนาสตรีชนบทบ้านซับยาง อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนคราชสีมา ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตให้กับคนในชุมชน เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานและการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของกลุ่มสตรีชนบทบ้านซับยาง ตำบลหนองสาหร่าย อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 20 ราย ประกอบไปด้วย กลุ่มผู้รู้ จำนวน 5 คน กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติ จำนวน 10 คน กลุ่มบุคคลทั่วไป จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และนำเสนอผลการวิจัยด้วยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) การดำเนินงานในการส่งเสริมอาชีพสตรีของกลุ่มพัฒนาสตรีชนบทบ้านซับยาง ตำบลหนองสาหร่าย อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา การจัดตั้งกลุ่มและการจัดการกลุ่มพบว่า กลุ่มเริ่มก่อตั้งกลุ่มจากการส่งเสริมโดยหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งมักจะประกอบด้วยตำแหน่งต่าง ๆ ที่มีหน้าที่ต่างกัน เช่น ประธาน รองประธาน เลขานุการ เหรัญญิก บัญชี ประชาสัมพันธ์ การตลาด และสมาชิก การวางแผนและการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจพบว่ากลุ่มมีแนวทางการดำเนินกิจกรรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถกำหนดเป้าหมายทางการเงินและการดำเนินงานได้อย่างชัดเจน และการวางแผนการใช้ทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ อย่างเช่น ทุนการผลิต วัตถุดิบ และแรงงาน ทำให้สามารถประมาณความต้องการและบรรลุผลลัพธ์ที่ต้องการได้อย่างแม่นยำ การจัดการตลาดพบว่า กลุ่มจะพิจารณาจากต้นทุนการผลิตเป็นหลัก แล้วกำหนดกำไรที่ต้องการซึ่งการปรับราคาในกรณีขายส่งนั้นเป็นเรื่องที่พิจารณาอย่างละเอียดเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดและความต้องการของลูกค้า การจัดการบัญชีพบว่าและกลุ่มมีการทำบัญชีอย่างง่าย ๆ ที่แสดงรายการที่เป็นรายรับ รายจ่าย และหนี้สินของกลุ่ม และข้อจำกัดในการพัฒนากลุ่มพบว่า การขาดแคลนวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นต่อการผลิต การบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม และการตลาด เช่น การเงินที่ขาดแหล่งเงินทุนในการให้กู้ยืมหรือช่วยเหลือเพื่อนำมาผลิตสินค้า

2) ผลการดำเนินงานต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของกลุ่มพัฒนาสตรีชนบทบ้านซับยาง ตำบลหนองสาหร่าย อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ด้านร่างกายพบว่า สมาชิกมีความพึงพอใจต่อการนอนหลับ มีกำลังพลเพียงพอที่จะทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในชีวิตประจำวัน และมีความพึงพอใจต่อภาวะสุขภาพของตนเอง โดยการเจ็บป่วยไม่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินชีวิตหรือการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากการส่งเสริมการดูแลสุขภาพในกลุ่ม ด้านจิตใจพบว่า การเข้าร่วมกลุ่มทำให้สมาชิกรู้สึกมีโอกาสในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต มีความมั่นใจและกล้าแสดงบทบาท และมีความสามารถในการพัฒนาตนเอง นอกจากนี้ยังมีเพื่อนร่วมสนับสนุนในการพัฒนาชีวิต ด้านสังคมพบว่า มีการแสดงความคิดเห็นทางสังคมและสนับสนุนกันระหว่างสมาชิกในกลุ่ม มีการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และมีการพัฒนาตนเองในด้านอาชีพและสังคม ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมพบว่า สมาชิกรู้สึกว่ามีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน และมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีต่อสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากการมีการคุ้มครองและการช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกันในกลุ่ม
