The Development of Long-Term Care Systems for The Dependent Elderlyin Thepsathit District, Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

This current study is action research aimed to develop the public health long-term care system for elderly dependency in Thepsathit District, Chaiyaphum Province, provide evaluation scores according to criteria for evaluating the management of long-term public health care systems for elderly people with increased dependency. The 37 target groups consist of 25 people who are involved in driving service provision and 12 elderly people. The questionnaires were used for data collection. The frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were applied for data analysis.

The results showed that in the comparison between before and after system development, the people who are involved in driving service provision had high levels of knowledge of the long-term care fund operation, and the public health long-term care system for elderly dependency was increasing from 45.83% to 83.34%, knowledge scores before and after development were significantly different (p

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการดูแลระยะยาวด้านสาธารณสุขสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง อำเภอเทพสถิต จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ให้คะแนนการประเมินตามเกณฑ์การประเมินการบริหารจัดการระบบการดูแลระยะยาวด้านสาธารณสุขสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงเพิ่มขึ้น โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 37 คน ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้ที่มีส่วนในการขับเคลื่อนการจัดบริการ 25 คน และกลุ่มผู้รับบริการจากระบบการดูแลระยะยาวด้านสาธารณสุขสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงพื้นที่เทศบาลตำบลเทพสถิต 12 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างระยะก่อนและหลังพัฒนา พบว่ากลุ่มผู้ที่มีส่วนในการขับเคลื่อนการจัดบริการที่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานกองทุนดูแลผู้สูงอายุระยะยาวและระบบการดูแลระยะยาวผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงในระดับมาก โดยเพิ่มขึ้นจากร้อยละ 45.83 เป็น 83.34 คะแนนความรู้ก่อนและหลังการพัฒนามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p
