Development Guideline for Management Learning Resource by Collaboration between School and The Community of the Schools under the Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The research aimed at 1) studying components of Management Learning Resource by Collaboration between School and The Community. 2) investigating the current and desired conditions of Management Learning Resource by Collaboration between School and The Community of the Schools under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 3) acquiring the guidelines for Management Learning Resource by Collaboration between School and The Community of the Schools under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research samples were the school directors, and teachers in Schools under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The stratified random sampling method was employed accordingly to the school the number of the schools was taken for the simple random sampling procedure. 331 school directors, and teachers from 126 schools were obtained as research participants. The tools for data collecting are questionnaire, interviewing form and evaluation form. The statistics used for data analysis include mean, standard deviation, and Priority Needs Index in Management Learning Resource by Collaboration between School and The Community of the Schools under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The findings were as follows: 1. The components of Management Learning Resource include 4 components 1) Survey of Learning Resource 2) Register of Learning Resource 3) Encourage and Support the Development of Learning Resources 4) Supervise and Evaluation the Development of Learning resource and components of Collaboration between School and The Community include 3 components 1) Public Relations of School 2) Community Involvement in School activities and 3) Relation with people and other organization. 2. The overall current condition of Management Learning Resource by Collaboration between School and The Community of the Schools was at medium level. The overall desired condition of Collaboration between School and The Community in Management Learning Resource of the Schools under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at highest level. 3. Development Guideline for Management Learning Resource by Collaboration between School and the Community of the Schools under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Management Learning Resource Under the 4 guidelines, there were 29 methods guidelines acquired. Moreover, the evaluation of the appropriateness and probability was found to be at highest level. Collaboration between School and The Community of the Schools under the 3 guidelines, there were 7 methods guidelines acquired. Moreover, the evaluation of the appropriateness and probability was found to be at highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือของชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 3) ศึกษาแนวทางความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนในการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 331 คน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 126 คน และครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 205 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือของชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือของชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 ระยะที่ 3 การศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือของชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นของแนวทางการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การศึกษาองค์ประกอบการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือของชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 พบว่าได้องค์ประกอบของการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านสำรวจแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศทะเบียนแหล่งเรียนรู้ ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ และกำกับติดตามประเมินผลพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ และองค์ประกอบของความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียน ด้านการให้ชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน และด้านการสร้างเสริมความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนและหน่วยงานอื่น 2. สภาพปัจจุบันการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 พบว่าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. แนวทางการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนในสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 พบว่า การจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ 4 ด้าน มีวิธีดำเนินงาน 22 วิธี ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน 3 ด้าน มีวิธีดำเนินงาน 7 วิธี ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
