| Abstract: | This research "A study of He Peng’s work and transmission technique " This qualitative research study had two objective: 1. To study the work of Mr. He Peng. 2. To analyze the transmission technique of Mr. He Peng. Data were collected in Xingyi City, Guizhou Province, China. The main sources are Mr. He Peng and his students, using interviews and actual participation in his teaching process.
The results show that:
1. Born in 1968 in Longshang Group, Longpu Village, Shuyu Town, Anlong County, Guizhou Province, he began to learn art in 1988 under Wei Lixi, an outstanding inheritor of Chinese folk culture, the late teacher. His actively trained apprentices and taught more than 300 apprentices.Mr. He Peng is also a teacher with a high level of teaching. He has many teaching methods.
2. In the first part, he taught the students to sing the song: he first asked the students to read the lyrics in Buyi and Chinese, then taught the melody, and finally taught the lyrics. In this part, He uses individual, group and group singing methods. The second part teaches Musical Instruments: he divides Musical Instruments into four groups: string, blow, pluck and strike. First, students in each group know the structure of their own Musical Instruments, and then teach them how to play Musical Instruments. When the students are good at singing and playing in groups, then the four instrument groups are combined to play together. After a period of ensemble training and running-in, the students are very mature and then let them perform. Through the research of Mr. He Peng’s transmission technique, more people can master the Bayinzuochang transmission technique, so that the national heritage of Bayinzuochang can be inherited and protected. - |
