Abstract: Niu Ge Folk Opera is mainly popular in Pingnan County of Guigang City and Teng County of Wuzhou City in the southeastern region of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It originated from an entertainment held by people during the Spring Festival in the middle and late Qing Dynasty to express gratitude and praise for cattle. Activity - "Spring Ox Dance" custom. The objectives of this research were to:1) To study the history and development of in Guangxi folk art Niu Ge Folk Opera, China.2) To study the singing technique of Ms. Li Dongping. The study utilized interviews and interviews with one key informant as research tools.
