The talent development of Bashu Painting School was influenced by the political mechanism of the Communist Party of China. Its works formed the aesthetic form of "truth, goodness and beauty". As one of the components of the political mechanism, it played a role in propaganda and mobilization, and it was the embodiment of the contemporary literary and artistic goal of "artistic masterpieces" proposed by Xi Jinping.
