Abstract: The visual art creative thesis "Herbal of  Life" examines disease and pain, medicine and religious beliefs. I integrate these two fields into the creative process to convey a power of healing, hope and comfort to those who are suffering physically and mentally. . Inspired by my study of natural art healing, I aim to explore the relationship between herbal medicine and Zen Buddhism. My goal is to integrate elements of herbal medicine and Zen Buddhism into my works and feel the spiritual belief and inner peace brought by Zen Buddhism. Create Visual Arts Mixed media techniques to create artwork. Use geometric symbols, free forms, lines and textures to convey ideas and feelings. Integrating these two realms into the creative process can convey a power of healing, hope, and comfort to those who are suffering physically and mentally. In the fusion of herbal medicine and visual arts, the principles of wholeness and synthesis are particularly important. It is more than just a visual presentation, it is an in-depth exploration of human health and desire for healing. Herbs are precious gifts from nature. We can draw inspiration from these properties of herbs and incorporate their visual features such as form, color, texture, etc. into our works. In the process of creating visual art, I integrate my desire and pursuit of health into my artistic works by exploring the emotional connection between individuals and health.
