| Abstract: | Bai Chua Wu Dance, Tujia Ethnic Dance: Development of Ethnic Dance in the Modern Chinese Context This research was conducted in a qualitative research format. The research objectives are: 1. Study the history and development of the Tujia wave dance. 2. Research and analyze the form and status of the Tujia wave dance in the context of modern China. An example was used to study the Tujia waving dance in western Hunan Province. It consisted of a group of 4 knowledgeable experts, 5 trainees and 20 Tujia residents. The study instruments included 1) a survey, 2) an interview format.
The results showed that the Tujia people are a minority group with a long history and a relatively developed culture. The Tujia waving dance spread everywhere. and eventually became a traditional tradition Cultural symbols of the Tujia people Modern hand waving dance. Used in celebrations and festivals and develop tourism In education and learning It symbolizes the development and evolution of waving dances to this day. The Tujia hand dance is not only a traditional folk performance. It is also the first set of intangible cultural heritage in China. It represents the cultural symbol of the Tujia people and is an important spiritual treasure of the Tujia people. - |
