| dc.description.abstract | This qualitative research aims to 1) study and analyzed the current situation of dance education management in Vocational and Technical College at Henan Province, China and 2).To analyzed the affecting of dance education management in Vocational and Technical College on cultivating students to become professional in dance career in China .All data were collected from Documentaries and Field work. The research tools including ; In-depth interviews, Questionnaires and Observation. The population and Sampling Group were Chinese national Artist 1, Deans of College 3, Head of the dance department 3, Dance teachers 9, and Dance students 30. representative and Concluded by descriptive analysis. Research was found that The Main Vocational and Technical College in Henan province including Ping ding shan, Xin yang and An yang Vocational and Technical college where Pingdingshan Vocational and Technical College has the largest school. For the current situation of dance education management in three schools is (1) Dance ‘s teachers have no more professional training (2)There are differences in course design, professional design and salary for teachers (3) There are differences number of dance classrooms, theater, and teaching equipment in each school. More Over, The Dance management of Three vocational and technical college of Henan province are (1)The external factor is the Dance career society in China have demands high-quality dancers, also the competition is high(2)The internal factors are the Quality of dance teachers, the curriculum design, teaching facilities, and the ability of Dance‘s students. According to the Dance Career in Chinese society, all The Vocational and Technical Dance College in Henan province should developed all management factors which helping to make the quality of Dance’s students for more professional in present. | en |
