Developing an Extracurricular Course on Entrepreneurship Education for Vocational College Student

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop an extracurricular course on entrepreneurship education to improve the entrepreneurial competence of vocational college students. The specific objectives include: 1) To investigate the basic information for developing an extracurricular course on entrepreneurship education for vocational college students. 2) To develop an extracurricular course on entrepreneurship education for vocational college students. 3) To compare the entrepreneurial competence before and after implementing entrepreneurship education. And this study used the R&D research method, which was conducted in 3 phases. Phase 1: Learning Basic Information (R1) The necessity and importance of the study were determined through the study of relevant theoretical, principles, interviews with teachers' views, and investigations on students' needs. Phase 2: Developing entrepreneurship extracurricular course (D1) Based on the information from the first phase, a draft of the extracurricular course on entrepreneurship was designed and submitted to five experts for consistency evaluation. The sample group was 30 studengt from Sichuan Health and Rehabilitation Vocational College. Phase 3：Experimental and Results of Extracurricular Course Development (R2) Comparing the entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial attitudes of the experimental group students before and after taking the course, it is confirmed that the entrepreneurship extracurricular course has a positive impact on the improvement of students' entrepreneurial competence. The research tools include document study, interview, questionnaire, consistency assessment, etc. The result of this research is: 1) Vocational colleges have a great demand and necessity to develop extracurricular courses for entrepreneurship education. 2) Design an extracurricular courses of "Demand oriented - Practice driven- Multi collaborative"for entrepreneurship education based on the needs of vocational students. The course design follows the progressive path of "Theoretical foundation- Practical exercises- Project incubation", and develops courses including 6 modules such as business plan writing and entrepreneurial roadshows. 3) Entrepreneurship education extracurricular courses effectively improve students' entrepreneurial competence.

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษานี้คือการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมด้านการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา วัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะประกอบด้วย: 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมด้านการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการสำหรับนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมด้านการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการสำหรับนักเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา 3) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการก่อนและหลังการดำเนินการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการ

การศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) ซึ่งดำเนินการใน 3 ระยะ ได้แก่: ระยะที่ 1: การเรียนรู้ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน (R1) ความจำเป็นและความสำคัญของการศึกษาถูกกำหนดผ่านการศึกษาทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง หลักการ การสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นของครู และการสำรวจความต้องการของนักเรียน ระยะที่ 2: การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมด้านผู้ประกอบการ (D1) จากข้อมูลในระยะแรก ร่างของหลักสูตรเสริมด้านผู้ประกอบการถูกออกแบบและส่งให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่านเพื่อประเมินความสอดคล้อง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียน 30 คนจากวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา Sichuan Health and Rehabilitation ระยะที่ 3: การทดลองและผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริม (R2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ ทักษะ และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองก่อนและหลังการเรียนหลักสูตร ซึ่งยืนยันว่าหลักสูตรเสริมด้านผู้ประกอบการมีผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อการพัฒนาความสามารถในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักเรียน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย การศึกษาเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม การประเมินความสอดคล้อง เป็นต้น ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้: 1) วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษามีความต้องการและความจำเป็นอย่างมากในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมด้านการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการ 2) ออกแบบหลักสูตรเสริมด้านการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการตามแนวทาง "ตอบสนองความต้องการ-ขับเคลื่อนด้วยการปฏิบัติ-ร่วมมือหลายฝ่าย" สำหรับนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา โดยหลักสูตรออกแบบตามเส้นทางก้าวหน้า "พื้นฐานทฤษฎี-ฝึกปฏิบัติ-บ่มเพาะโครงการ" และพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่ประกอบด้วย 6 โมดูล เช่น การเขียนแผนธุรกิจและการนำเสนอธุรกิจ 3) หลักสูตรเสริมด้านการศึกษาผู้ประกอบการช่วยพัฒนาความสามารถในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
