Development of blended learning according to Davies' teaching concept that promotes practical ability and academic achievement of 2nd year vocational certificate students

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) To determine the effectiveness of blended learning management using Davies' practical skills teaching method that promotes work ability and academic achievement of 2nd year vocational certificate students to be as effective as Criteria 85/85 , 2) to compare the work ability of students after studying with the standard criterion of 70 percent , 3) to compare the academic achievement of students before and after studying, and 4) to study student satisfaction with blended learning using Davies' method of teaching practical skills. The sample group used in this research were 2nd year Vocational Certificate students at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. Khon Kaen Campus Currently studying in the 1st semester of academic year 2024, 1 classroom, 17 people. The research instruments were 1) Blended learning management plan using Davies' practical skills teaching method 2) Academic achievement test 3) Performance assessment form 4) Student satisfaction questionnaire The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (One sample t-test)

The research results found that 1) Blended learning management using Davies' practical skills teaching method has an efficiency of 95.47/87.27, as specified, which is 85/85 2) The student's ability to perform work after studying is 95.76, higher than the 70 percent threshold when compared to the full score. Significant at the .05 level. 3) Academic achievement was 87.27 percent. The students' test scores after studying were higher than before studying with statistical significance at the .05 level and 4) Students were at the highest level of satisfaction with learning activities, with an average of 4.58

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสานโดยใช้วิธีการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ที่ส่งเสริมความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 85/85 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนเทียบกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานร้อยละ 70 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่ก่อนและหลังเรียน 4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาทีมีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสานโดยใช้วิธีการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 2 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตขอนแก่น ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน จำนวน 17 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสานโดยใช้วิธีการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ 2) แบบวัดความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที (One sample t-test)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสานโดยใช้วิธีการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 95.47/87.27 เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดไว้คือ 85/85 2) ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนคิดเป็น 95.76 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 เมื่อเทียบกับคะแนนเต็ม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.27 คะแนนสอบหลังเรียนของนักศึกษาสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และ 4) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.58
