The Development of Analytical Thinking Skills through Constructivist Learning Combined with Case Studies in the Small Enterprises Management Course for the Second-Year Vocational Certificate (Vocational) Students

Abstract

This research is an action research study aimed at developing analytical thinking skills through constructivist learning combined with case studies among second-year Vocational Certificate (Vocational) students, with a goal of achieving a minimum passing rate of 70 percent. The study group consisted of 9 second-year students in the marketing program at Mahasarakham Vocational College in the academic year 2024. The researcher collected data using lesson plans, the 4 multiple-choice analytical thinking test, an analytical thinking behavior observation form, and student interviews. The research findings showed that students who learned through constructivist learning combined with case studies achieved analytical thinking skills meeting the 70 percent criteria set by the researcher, with a pass rate of 100.00 percent. In the first action cycle, 5 students passed the criteria, accounting for 55.56 percent of the students, with an average score of 20.77 points, or 69.23 percent. In the second action cycle, 9 students passed the criteria, accounting for 100.00% of the students, with an average score of 24.56 points, or 81.85 percent.

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสร้างองค์ความรู้ ร่วมกับการใช้กรณีศึกษา ของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ชั้นปีที่ 2 ให้ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 กลุ่มที่ศึกษา คือนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาการตลาด จำนวน 9 คน วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษามหาสารคาม ในปีการศึกษา 2567 ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบวัดทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์แบบปรนัยเชิงสถานการณ์ 4 ตัวเลือก แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการคิดวิเคราะห์ และแบบสัมภาษณ์นักศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสร้างองค์ความรู้ ร่วมกับการใช้กรณีศึกษามีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ผ่านตามเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ตามที่ผู้วิจัยกำหนด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00 ซึ่งในวงรอบปฏิบัติการที่ 1 มีนักศึกษาผ่านเกณฑ์จำนวน 5 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละของนักศึกษาที่ผ่านเกณฑ์เท่ากับ 55.56 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 20.77 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.23 และในวงรอบปฏิบัติการที่ 2 มีนักศึกษาผ่านเกณฑ์จำนวน 9 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละของนักศึกษาที่ผ่านเกณฑ์เท่ากับ 100.00 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 24.56 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.85
