| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to explore the effect of physical training program on the physical profiles and success rate of skill movement of college Sanda athletes, and verify its scientificity and effectiveness through experiments. Based on the special needs of Sanda sports and the theory of physical training, the study focuses on optimizing the core physical fitness indicators such as coordination, endurance, and flexibility of athletes, and analyzes the impact on the success rate of their skill movements. The physical fitness and success rate of skill movement of college Sanda athletes were measured. The effect of physical training program on the success rate of physical fitness and technical movements of college Sanda athletes was explored. And the comparison of the success rate of physical fitness and success rate of skill movement of college Sanda athletes in the physical training group and the control group was verified. This study took 40 college Sanda athletes as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group according to gender, sports level and average physical fitness scores after pre-testing. The experimental group implemented a 12-week customized physical training program, and the control group maintained the traditional training mode. Standardized test tools: speed, strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, isokinetic muscle strength and success rate of skill movement were used, combined with the seven FMS movements to evaluate motor function. The data before and after the experiment were analyzed by SPSS 22.0, and paired t-test/Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare the horizontal improvement rate between groups. The results showed that there were significant differences in physical fitness indicators between athletes of different genders. By implementing a targeted physical training plan, the study confirmed that the plan can significantly improve the physical fitness level and technical action success rate of college Sanda athletes. The experimental group showed significant progress in core physical fitness indicators such as speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination, and the completion efficiency and stability of technical actions were improved simultaneously. The post-test comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group showed that the experimental group that received physical training was significantly better than the control group that did not receive special training in all test items. The experimental group had a significantly higher improvement in speed, strength, endurance and success rate of skill movement than the control group, especially in dynamic coordination items and the stability of complex technical actions. | en |
