dc.description.abstract The rapid growth and expansion of the e-commerce industry in Thailand, driven by changing consumer behaviors and increased adoption of digital technologies, has created a highly competitive landscape in which businesses must develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance repurchase intentions. This study proposes a digital marketing strategy model that integrates the concept of Digital Marketing Content (DMC) with the marketing mix (7Ps) to examine their effects on consumer purchase decisions through satisfaction and trust. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) combined with Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) was employed to analyze data collected from a sample of 600 online consumers in the Bangkok metropolitan area.    The results reveal that both DMC and the 7Ps exert a statistically significant influence on purchase decisions, which in turn affect trust and satisfaction, ultimately leading to higher levels of repurchase intention. Notably, “trust” plays a more critical role than satisfaction in fostering long-term consumer brand loyalty. These findings offer practical implications for enhancing digital content and marketing strategy frameworks to sustain competitiveness in Thailand’s highly dynamic e-commerce sector.    Moreover, the study demonstrates that the marketing mix (7Ps) — comprising Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence — has a direct and significant impact on purchase decisions. This underscores the importance of all seven components in motivating consumers to make confident purchase decisions, particularly in the context of competitive and information-rich digital markets.    Purchase decisions were found to significantly influence trust, indicating that positive purchasing experiences strengthen brand trust. Service quality positively affects repeat usage, and competence-related trust directly impacts repurchase intentions, positioning purchase decisions as a key consumer touchpoint.    Satisfaction was found to have a direct effect on repurchase intention; consumers are more likely to repurchase when their post-purchase experiences meet or exceed initial expectations. This creates a behavioral drive toward repeat purchases, word-of-mouth promotion, and long-term customer retention.    Trust also exerts a statistically significant effect on repurchase intention. Although its coefficient is smaller than that of satisfaction, trust plays an essential role in reducing uncertainty and reinforcing consumer confidence, particularly in e-commerce environments where products cannot be physically examined before purchase. Trust acts as a crucial condition that enables satisfaction to translate into sustainable repurchase behavior, especially in intangible service industries such as online services and digital platforms.en
