The Development of Classroom Research Program for Teacher under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study elements of classroom research for teacher in Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) Study current conditions and desirable conditions of classroom research for teacher in Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 3) Develop the development program to develop classroom research for teacher in Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This research consisted of 3 phases : phase 1 to study elements of classroom research for teacher in Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by 5 professional persons, phase 2 studying current conditions and desirable conditions of classroom research for teacher in Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, The samples consisted of 464 teachers and school administrators, phase 3 developing the development program to develop classroom research for teachers in Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by 5 professional persons. The research instrument was questionnaire and assessment form. The statistic using for data analysis, consisted of the Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index.

The results were as follows:

1. Element of classroom research of teacher consisted of 6 elements: 1) Survey and problem analysis 2) Determining methods for solving problems 3) Creating and developing innovation 4) Applying methods or innovations 5) Data collection and analysis and 6) Summary and report.

2. The current conditions in classroom research for teachers in Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall is high level in descending order survey and problem analysis, determining methods for solving problems, summary and report, applying methods or innovations, data collection and analysis and creating and developing innovation. The desirable conditions overall is high level in descending order survey and problem analysis, Summary and report, applying methods or innovations, determining methods for solving problems, creating and developing innovation and data collection and analysis.

3. The development the develop program to develop classroom research forteacher in Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted of 1) Principles 2) Objective 3) Aims 4) Contents 5) Forms and developing implements and 6) Measurement Evaluation. The results of the program evaluation by professional persons were found to be propriety, feasibility and utility are at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 3) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 การวิจัยเป็นออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 464 คน ระยะที่ 3 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. องค์ประกอบของการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 การสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา องค์ประกอบที่ 2 การกำหนดวิธีการในการแก้ปัญหา องค์ประกอบที่ 3 การสร้างและพัฒนานวัตกรรม องค์ประกอบที่ 4 การนำวิธีการหรือนวัตกรรมไปใช้ องค์ประกอบที่ 5 การรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และองค์ประกอบที่ 6 การสรุปและรายงานผล

2. สภาพปัจจุบันการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การกำหนดวิธีการในการแก้ปัญหา การสรุปและรายงานผล การนำวิธีการหรือนวัตกรรมใช้ การรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการสร้างและพัฒนานวัตกรรม ตามลำดับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การสรุปและรายงานผล การนำวิธีการหรือนวัตกรรมใช้ การกำหนดวิธีการในการแก้ปัญหา การสร้างและพัฒนานวัตกรรม และการรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ตามลำดับ

3. การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เป้าหมาย 4) เนื้อหา 5) วิธีการพัฒนา และ 6) การวัดและประเมินผล ผลการประเมินโปรแกรมจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
