Developing the teacher’s Innovative Leadership Enhancement Program for the General Education Private School under Kalasin Provincial Education office

Abstract

The purposes of the research were (1) to study current conditions desirable conditions and need to Development in teacher’s Innovative Leadership Enhancement Program for the General Education Private School under the office of the Private Education Commission Kalasin Province and (2) to Development Program in teacher’s Innovative Leadership Enhancement Program for the General Education Private School under the office of the Private Education Commission Kalasin Province. The teachers were selected by purposive sampling from 291 participants, General Education Private School under the office of the Private Education Commission Kalasin Province. The instrumentations are the following ; 1) evaluation forms 2) questionnaire 3) interview forms . Statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results are as followed :

Result of the current conditions and desirable conditions about Development in teacher’s Innovative Leadership Enhancement Program for the General Education Private School under the office of the Private Education Commission Kalasin Province. reported that the program’s possibility, suitability and utility are at the most level. And the need for development found that there was a need for the development of management in the organization, followed by the vision And creativity.

2. Result of a use of a program of development teacher’s Innovative Leadership Enhancement Program for the General Education Private School under the office of the Private Education Commission Kalasin Province by 7 experts . Were 5 categories. The first category was technic and reason. The second category was an aim of program. The third category was a content. The fourth category was a structure and developing of program. The fifth was an evaluation and reported that the model’s possibility, suitability and utility are at the most level.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูสถานศึกษาเอกชน และพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูสถานศึกษาเอกชน ประเภทสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา ดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูสถานศึกษาเอกชน ประเภทสามัญ สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ ครูสถานศึกษาเอกชน จำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูสถานศึกษาเอกชน ประเภทสามัญ สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินโปรแกรมจำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูในสถานศึกษา พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูสถานศึกษาเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูสถานศึกษาเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา พบว่า มีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาด้านการบริหารจัดการในองค์กร มากที่สุด รองลงมา คือด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์

2. ผลการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูสถานศึกษาเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยส่วนต่างๆ 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา 4) วิธีดำเนินการ และ 5) การประเมินผลโปรแกรม และขอบข่ายเนื้อหา แบ่งออก 5 Module ได้แก่ 1. ด้านบุคลิกภาพ 2. ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 3. ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ 4. ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 5. ด้านการบริหารจัดการในองค์กร และ ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมาก
