Development of Guidelines for Excellence of Dual Vocational Education of Udonthani Vocational Education

Abstract

The objectives of this research were : 1) a study of the present condition and its desirable excellence of dual education of udonthani vocational education 2) to develop guidelines to the excellence of dual education of udonthani vocational education group examples include executive education teachers and head of department of 297 people using stratified random sampling method using the tools in the research include a questionnaire and2 interviews. Questionnaire consists of the criteria the promotion and development for excellence of dual education in 2014 of 4 side : quality of students and graduates, quality of teaching management, quality management, cooperation between school and establishment. The statistical analysis of percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1. Results of a study of the current excellence of dual education the overall average is moderate. The desirable condition the excellence of dual education the overall average very level. 2. Guidelines the excellence of dual education of udonthani vocational education contains 4 include. 1) quality students or graduates with selecting tell students with establishment and with the development of management system about the course 7 factors. 2) Quality of teaching the preparation of lesson plans supervision and approach to evaluate students 10 factors. 3) quality management the development of database system on the dual vocational training covering all aspects 10 factors. 4) cooperation between school and establishment assessment results used to improve teaching 9 factors.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสู่ความเป็นเลิศของอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสู่ความเป็นเลิศของอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และหัวหน้าแผนกวิชา ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) จำนวน 297 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยศึกษาและสร้างเครื่องมือการวิจัยตามหลักเกณฑ์การส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ปี พ.ศ. 2557 ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ คุณภาพผู้เรียนและผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ด้านคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านคุณภาพ การบริหารจัดการ และด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับสถานประกอบการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสู่ความเป็นเลิศโดยรวมเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โดยรวมเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสู่ความเป็นเลิศของอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี พบว่า แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีสู่ความเป็นเลิศของอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดอุดรธานี ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนหรือผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา มีการคัดเลือกผู้เรียนร่วมกับสถานประกอบการ และมีการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย 7 แนวทาง 2) ด้านคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน จัดทำแผนการเรียน นิเทศ ติดตามนักศึกษา และกำหนดแนวทางการประเมินผู้เรียน ประกอบด้วย 10 แนวทาง 3) ด้านคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการ มีการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการจัดอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีให้ครอบคลุมทุกด้าน ประกอบด้วย 10 แนวทาง 4) ด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับสถานประกอบการ มีการนำผลการประเมินมาใช้ในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน ประกอบด้วย 9 แนวทาง
