Program to Strengthen Teacher Competency in Classroom Management for School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current state, the desirable conditions and the needs about competency indicators of teacher’s classroom management for school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20, 2) to develop the program for enhancing teacher’s classroom management competency for school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20. There were 2 phases of implementation in research and development including 1) studying the current state, the desirable conditions and the needs about competency indicators of teacher’s classroom management for school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20; the samples consisted of 354 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing data were the mean and standard deviation.2) the program development for enhancing teacher’s classroom management competency for school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20. The research instrument was an evaluation form. The statistics used for analyzing data were the mean and standard deviation.

The results of the study were as follows

1. the needs about competency indicators of teacher’s classroom management for school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20, the current conditions of teacher competency in to study the current state, the desirable conditions and the needs about competency indicators of teacher’s classroom management for school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20 in overall , at a low level. The desirable condition of teacher competency of teacher’s classroom management for school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20 was at the highest level.

2. program development for enhancing teacher classroom management competency for school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 20. The possibility of the program and the documentation for the program showed that it was appropriate at the level and had the highest level of possibility

ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะครูด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 20 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 20 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 20 จำนวน 354 คน โดยดำเนินการแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะครูด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 354 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2) การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 20 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะครูด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของสมรรถนะครูด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 20 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกด้าน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของสมรรถนะครูด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 20 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน

2. ผลการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนสำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 20 ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมและเอกสารประกอบโปรแกรม พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและระดับมากที่สุด มีความเป็นไปได้ระดับมากที่สุด
