Development Model for Research and Innovation Capacity Building in Routine-work, Warinchamrab Hospital, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract

This action research aimed to Development Model for Research and Innovation Capacity Building in Routine-work, Warinchamrab Hospital, Ubon Ratchathani Province. Target group is nursing personnel working in hospitals for 140 people. Collecting both quantitative and qualitative data .Collecting quantitative data using questionnaires created While collecting qualitative data using interviews and focus group. Quantitative data analysis the descriptive statistics is frequency distribution, percentage, mean, minimum, maximum and standard deviation and qualitative data analyzed by content analysis.

Results: The model development were comprised of 6 steps 1) Study from problems and context and Data collection 2) Meeting to appoint a working group / team for research3) Action plan formulation 4) Compliance with the plan by organizing training activities to provide practical knowledge 5) Observation of activities performed 6) Evaluate and remove lessons. This process resulted in the target group has changed knowledge and motivation. Including the results of the evaluation of research and innovation development competency of the target group Changed better. This operation may be called “LINK model” That is, learning and innovation organization Caused by creating a Network and Knowledge management

In summary, the factors of success in this research are Systematic and continuous knowledge management between groups of learners Resulting in a strong network of research and innovation development in the organization.

การศึกษาเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมการทำงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมในงานประจำ โรงพยาบาลวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ บุคลากรทางการพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 140 คน เก็บรวมข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ การรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้น ส่วนการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์และการประชุมกลุ่มเฉพาะ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ paired t- test ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์โดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย 6 ขั้นตอนในการจัดการความรู้อย่างเป็นระบบ คือ 1) ศึกษาบริบทของพื้นที่ วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและรวบรวมข้อมูล 2) แต่งตั้งคณะทำงาน 3) ประชุมและจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการ 4) การปฏิบัติตามแผน โดยการจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมการออกเยี่ยมสำรวจเพื่อเสริมสร้างพลังบวกและให้คำปรึกษาในการทำจัย 5) การสังเกตการณ์ ติดตาม และ 5) ประเมินผลและถอดบทเรียน กระบวนการดังกล่าวส่งผลให้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านความรู้และแรงจูงใจ รวมถึงผลการประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เปลี่ยนแปลงดีขึ้น รูปแบบการดำเนินครั้งนี้เรียกว่า LINK model กล่าวคือ เป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม (Learning and Innovation organization) ที่เกิดจากการสร้างเครือข่ายและการจัดการความรู้ที่ดีและต่อเนื่อง (Network and Knowledge management)

โดยสรุปปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ การจัดการความรู้ที่เป็นระบบและต่อเนื่องในระหว่างกลุ่มผู้เรียนรู้ ส่งผลให้เกิดเครือข่ายด้านการพัฒนาการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมในองค์กรอย่างเข้มแข็ง
