จากการสร้างมาตรฐานเพลงอีแซวจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างเกณฑ์การหาผลสัมพันธ์โดยออกแบบ และกำหนดมาตรฐานเป็น 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. ด้านบุคลากรผู้แสดง 2. ด้านกลอนเพลงและภาษาที่ใช้ในการแสดง 3. ด้านท่ารำ 4. ด้านเครื่องแต่งกาย 5. ด้านเวที และ 6. ด้านระยะเวลาที่ใช้แสดง จากการสร้างมาตฐานแล้วได้นำเกณฑ์มาตรฐานไปใช้กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และนักแสดงเพลงพื้นบ้านอีแซว พบว่าเกณฑ์การวัดจะต้องอยู่ในระดับ 75 เปอร์เซ็นต์ถึงจะผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน

สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ว่ามาตารฐานการแสดงเพลงพื้นบ้านอีแซวจะอยู่ที่ 75 เปอร์เซ็นต์ของเกณฑ์ที่สร้างขึ้น ผู้ที่จะแสดงเพลงพื้นบ้านอีแซว จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีที่จะมีคุณภาพ และอยู่ในมาตรฐานได้ต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ทั้ง 6 ด้านนี้ เพราเป็นการปฏิบัติตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่สร้างขึ้นจากศิลปิน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ศิลปินแห่งชาติเพลงพื้นบ้านอีแซวจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยมติของสมาคมการแสดงเพลงพื้นบ้านอีแซว จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี
