Development the Professional Teacher Strengthen Program under the Secondary Schools

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) study the components and the indicators of professional teacher. 2) study the current state and desirable state of professional teacher of the secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office 27. 3) study the method of strengthen professional teacher under the secondary schools. 4) Development the professional teacher strengthen program under the secondary Schools. This research have 4 phases, the first phase: study the components and indicators of professional teacher, the second phase: study the current state and desirable state of professional teacher, the third phase: study the method of strengthen professional teacher, and the fourth phase: development the professional teacher strengthen program under the secondary schools. Descriptive statistics used in this research were average, mainly percentage and modified priority needs index. The study were found: 1. The professional teacher including 5 components 26 indicators. The result of suitability assessment overall at high level, and considering each components, it was found that the composition is appropriate at a high level, all components. 2. The current state of professional teacher of the secondary schools overall at moderate level and the desirable state overall at high level. 3. The methods for strengthen professional teacher under secondary schools and use for development the employee were 1) training 2) enhance consciousness training 3) workshop 4) self study 5) practice and 6) internal supervision. 4. The professional teacher strengthen program including: 4.1 The context of the program including problem condition, purpose of program, success indicators, total duration of operation, responsible person, budget. 4.2 Details of the program including activity name, activity details, objectives/goals of activities, content, documents for development, methods development period, success indicators. 4.3 The assessment of result, objectives/goals of assessment, assessment method, criteria for scoring and result translation, and reports. The results of the suitability and feasibility assessment of the profession teacher strengthen program both overall at high levels.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดครูมืออาชีพ 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของครูมืออาชีพสังกัดโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 3) ศึกษาวิธีการ การเสริมสร้างครูมืออาชีพสังกัดโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และ 4) พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างครูมืออาชีพสังกัดโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดครูมืออาชีพ ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ครูมืออาชีพ ระยะที่ 3 ศึกษาวิธีการเสริมสร้างครูมืออาชีพ ระยะที่ 4 พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างครูมืออาชีพสังกัดโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์หาค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของครูมืออาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 26 ตัวชี้วัด ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบครูมืออาชีพ โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายองค์ประกอบพบว่า องค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมากทุกองค์ประกอบ 2. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ครูมืออาชีพสังกัดโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและมีสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. วิธีการเสริมสร้างครูมืออาชีพ สังกัดโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลากร คือ 1) การอบรมให้ความรู้ 2) การอบรมเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึก 3) การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 4) การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง 5) การทดลองปฏิบัติ และ 6) การนิเทศภายใน 4. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างครูมืออาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 4.1 บริบทของโปรแกรม ได้แก่ สภาพปัญหา วัตถุประสงค์/เป้าหมายของโปรแกรม ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ ระยะเวลาดำเนินการโดยรวม ผู้รับผิดชอบ งบประมาณ 4.2 รายละเอียดของโปรแกรม ได้แก่ ชื่อกิจกรรม รายละเอียดกิจกรรม วัตถุประสงค์/เป้าหมายของกิจกรรม เนื้อหา เอกสารที่ใช้ วิธีการดำเนินการพัฒนา ระยะเวลาดำเนินการพัฒนา ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ 4.3 การประเมินผลการพัฒนา วัตถุประสงค์/เป้าหมายของการประเมิน วิธีการประเมิน เกณฑ์การให้คะแนนและการแปลผลการประเมิน และการรายงานผลการประเมิน ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างครูมืออาชีพสังกัดโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมาก
