The Development of Physics teacher’s Indicators for the 21st Centuries in the Northeastern of Thailand

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) to develop indicators of Physics teacher’s attributes for the 21st centuries in the Northeastern of Thailand 2) to analyze the model of indicators of Physics teacher’s attributes for the 21st centuries in the Northeastern of Thailand. The samples were divided into 2 groups: group 1 is 697 Physics teachers in Exploratory Factor Analysis : EFA and 635 Physics teachers in Confirmatory Factor Analysis : CFA by using Multistage Random Sampling technique. The instrument used were the structure interview, and indicators of Physics teacher’s attributes model in the 21st centuries in the Northeastern of Thailand. The Index consistency between question of definition, terminology (IOC) is .60 to 1.00 ,the discriminative power is 0.254 to 0.771, the reliability is 0.971. For data analysis by basic statistical analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using a computer program. The results if the research were as follow:

1. The analysis of the model of indicators of Physics teacher’s attributes for the 21st centuries in the Northeastern of Thailand found that it consists of 4 components, 31 indicators, the component is between .564 to .789 consisting of knowledge and skills learning management self-development and ethics for teachers. All components can explain the attributes of physics teachers according to the guidelines for life skills in the 21st century, 64.802 percent.

2. The analysis of the model of indicators of Physics teacher’s attributes for the 21st centuries in the Northeastern of Thailand found that it consists of 4 components, 31 indicators, the component is between .564 to .789 were positive, with values ranging from 0.807 to 0.933 with a statistical significance level. 01. The factor loading is sorted descending by the weight of the sort from high to low; there are self development, learning management, moral code, ethics for teachers, knowledge and skills. The factor loading of 0.933, 0.923, 0.879, and 0.807, respectively, with the index measuring the level of integration between models with empirical data. The chi - square value of 401.61 a probability of 0.074 degrees of freedom (df) equal to 362 the GFI = 0 .961 AGFI = 0.946 for the SRMR = 0.0087 RMSEA = 0.013, indicating that the model has validity.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะของครูฟิสิกส์ ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูที่ทำการสอนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์โมเดลองค์ประกอบตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะของครูฟิสิกส์ ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูที่ทำการสอนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ 1 เป็นครูที่สอนฟิสิกส์ ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสํารวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis : EFA) จํานวน 697 คน โดยการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Random Sampling) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ 2 เป็นครูที่สอนฟิสิกส์ ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis : CFA) จํานวน 635 คน โดยการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง 2) แบบวัดคุณลักษณะครูฟิสิกส์ ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคําถามกับนิยามศัพท์เฉพาะ (IOC) ตั้งแต่ .60 – 1.00 ค่าอํานาจจําแนก ตั่งแต่ 0.254-0.771 ความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.971 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การวิเคราะห์สถิติพื้นฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis : CFA) โดยใช้โปรแกรมสําเร็จรูป

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลองค์ประกอบตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะของครูฟิสิกส์ ใน ศตวรรษที่ 21 ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน พบว่าประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ 31 ตัวบ่งชี้ มีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบอยู่ตั้งแต่ .564 ถึง .789 ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ ด้านความรู้และทักษะ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง และด้านจรรยาบรรณคุณธรรม จริยธรรมสำหรับครู องค์ประกอบทั้งหมดสามารถอธิบายคุณลักษณะของครูฟิสิกส์ ตามแนวทางทักษะการดํารงชีวิตในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้ร้อยละ 64.802

2) ผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลองค์ประกอบตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะของครูฟิสิกส์ ใน ศตวรรษที่ 21 ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ทั้ง 4 ด้าน 31 ตัวบ่งชี้ ตัวบ่งชี้มีค่าเป็นบวก มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.807 ถึง 0.933 มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกค่าโดยค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเรียงลําดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านจรรยาบรรณคุณธรรม จริยธรรมสำหรับครู และด้านความรู้และทักษะ มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.933 0.923 0.879 และ 0.807 ตามลําดับ มีดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนระหว่างโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ได้ค่าไค-สแควร์ เท่ากับ 401.61 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น เท่ากับ 0.074 ที่องศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 362 ค่า GFI=0 .961 ค่า AGFI= 0.946 ค่า SRMR= 0.0087 ค่า RMSEA=0.013 แสดงว่าโมเดลมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง
