MorLum SinLaPin Phutai : Ethnic Identity, Choreography, Entertainment Business in Modern Popular Culture Trend

Abstract

The research entitled MorLum SinLaPin Phutai: Ethnic Identity, Choreography, Entertainment Business in Modern Popular Culture Trend aims to study the identity of Phutai ethnic group through the process of choreography and the process of cultural commodity in entertainment business towards popular culture. The research is presented by a qualitative research method. Data collections have been done by the study of research articles, academic books and academic journals. The study of fieldwork collection Participatory and non-participant observation is done by data analysis and presenting with descriptive analysis.

The research outcome suggests that MorLum SinLaPin Phutai is a Phutai ethnic group. It is outstanding and unique and has a very important identity. Identity in the language, music, folkdance MorLum SinLaPin Phutai utilizes ethnic identity for creating performance entertainment business through the process of choreography by means of enhancing art and culture and value of performing arts and Isan culture that play the important role with social and people of Phutai ethnic group, Kam Muang district, Kalasin province.Therefore, researcher is interested in the study the phenomenon of art and culture which is considered as a part of ethnic identity, choreography and entertainment business in modern popular culture trend

การวิจัยเรื่อง หมอลำศิลปินภูไท : อัตลักษณ์ชาติพันธุ์ นาฏยประดิษฐ์ และธุรกิจบันเทิงในกระแสวัฒนธรรมสมัยนิยม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ชาติพันธุ์ผู้ไทผ่านกระบวนการประกอบสร้างนาฏยประดิษฐ์และทำให้วัฒนธรรมกลายเป็นธุรกิจบันเทิงในกระแสวัฒนธรรมสมัยนิยม โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การเก็บข้อมูลจากตำรา บทความวิชาการ เอกสารการวิจัย ฯลฯ การเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอในรูปแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลวิจัยพบว่าหมอลำศิลปินภูไทเป็นหมอลำชาติพันธุ์ผู้ไทที่มีความเข้มแข็งและโดดเด่น มีอัตลักษณ์ที่สำคัญด้านการภาษา ดนตรี การฟ้อนรำ รวมไปถึงหมอลำ หมอลำศิลปินภูไทจึงเรียกหาอัตลักษณ์ชาติพันธุ์นำมาผ่านกระบวนการประกอบสร้างนาฏยประดิษฐ์ให้เกิดธุรกิจด้านบันเทิง ยกฐานะศิลปวัฒนธรรมและคุณค่าด้านศิลปะการแสดงวัฒนธรรมอีสานที่มีความสำคัญกับสังคมและผู้คนจากกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ผู้ไท อำเภอคำม่วง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ผู้วิจัยจึงต้องการอธิบายปรากฏการณ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่เป็นอัตลักษณ์ชาติพันธุ์ นาฏยประดิษฐ์ ธุรกิจบันเทิงในกระแสวัฒนธรรมสมัยนิยมผ่านหมอลำคณะศิลปินภูไท
