The Development of A Process to Reduce The Use of Pesticides by High Risk Farmers in The area of Nakok Subdistrict District Nongbualamphu Province

Abstract

Study on the development of pesticide reduction process of farmers in Nakok Subdistrict, Si Bun Rueang District, Nong Bua Lam Phu Province.The objective was to study the development of a process to reduce the use of pesticides by risk farmers in Nak Kok Subdistrict Si Bun Rueang District Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The study area consisted of 4 villages. Sample groups at risk group that were screened in 2018.Aarea of liability receiving the Ban Na Nong Thum Health Promoting Hospital, Na Kok Subdistrict, Si Bun Rueang District 104 people in Nong Bua Lamphu province and their related parties in the development of pesticide reduction process of risk group farmers 54 persons.

The study consists of 4 phases as follows: The examined was the problems, the factors that cause the problems And operational barriers by quantitative data surveys (Quantitative data) and Qualitative data (Qualitative data). Phase Introduce the results to develop a process to reduce the use of pesticides by risk farmers area of Nak Kok Subdistrict Si Bun Rueang District Nong Bua Lamphu Province. Phase led the project to be implemented with risk groups of 104 people and Phase 4 Evaluation of the use of the development of the process to reduce the use of pesticides by risk farmers. The results showed that the level of knowledge about pesticides and the level of behavior in pesticides The average increase is lower than before development With statistical significance at the level of 0.05

การศึกษาการพัฒนากระบวนการลดใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรกลุ่มเสี่ยง ในเขตตำบลนากอกอำเภอศรีบุญเรือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนากระบวนการลดใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรกลุ่มเสี่ยง ในเขตตำบลนากอก อำเภอศรีบุญเรือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มเสี่ยงที่ได้รับการคัดกรอง ในปี 2561 ในพื้นที่เขตรับผิดรับโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านนาหนองทุ่ม ตำบลนากอก อำเภอศรีบุญเรือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู จำนวน 104 คน และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินงานการพัฒนากระบวนการลดใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรกลุ่มเสี่ยง จำนวน 54 คน

การศึกษาประกอบด้วย 4 ระยะดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาปัญหา ปัจจัยที่เป็นสาเหตุของปัญหา และอุปสรรคการดำเนินงานโดยการสำรวจข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative data) และเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative data) ระยะที่ 2 นำผลที่ได้มานำเสนอเพื่อจัดทำโครงการการพัฒนากระบวนการลดใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรกลุ่มเสี่ยง ในเขตตำบลนากอก อำเภอศรีบุญเรือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ระยะที่ 3 นำจัดจะทำโครงการที่ได้ไปดำเนินการกับกลุ่มเสี่ยง จำนวน 104 คน และระยะที่ 4 ประเมินผลการใช้การพัฒนากระบวนการลดใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรกลุ่มเสี่ยง

ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาการพัฒนากระบวนการลดใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรกลุ่มเสี่ยง พบว่า ระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับเรื่องสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช ระดับการปฏิบัติตนในสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช ค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มลดลงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และได้ข้อตกลในการปฏิบัติในชุมชน ไปตามแนวทางเดียวกัน

การพัฒนากระบวนการลดใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรกลุ่มเสี่ยง มีข้อเสนอแนะให้มีการตรวจหาสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชที่ตกค้างในร่างกายเป็นประจำทุกปี มีจัดกระบวนการมีข้อเสนอในการใช้มาตรการต้องมีการปรับปรุงไม่ให้มาตราการบังคับมากจนเกินไป ควรประชาสัมพันธ์และเผยแพร่ความรู้ถึงพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตัวให้ประชาชนได้รับทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
