A Model of Student’s Participation in Classroom Management for Secondary School in Northeast

Abstract

The objective of this research were : 1) to study the current situation of classroom management of secondary school in northeast, 2) to develop the indicators of success, 3) to develop the model and 4) to study the finding of using A Model of Classroom Management for Student’s Participation of Secondary School in Northeast. The study was divided into 4 phase as follows : Phase 1 were study the current situation of classroom management of secondary school in northeast from 274 secondary school sample. Phase 2 were developing the indicators of success by 18 participants. Phase 3 was develop the model of Student’s Participation In Classroom Management for Secondary School In Northeast. Phase 4 were study the finding of using A Model of Classroom Management for Student’s Participation of Secondary School in Northeast by areas were 6 secondary school samples under the Office of Secondary School Educational Service Area 27. There were 2 kinds of instrument : 1) the instrument using for work development, and the instrument using for data collection. The statistic using for data analysis included the Mean and Standard Deviation.

The research findings were as follows:

1. According to the study and investigation of current situation of classroom management from secondary school samples found that students should be more developed in participatory learning, classroom discipline and classroom atmosphere. The students should be encouraged to be confident in expression, enthusiastic in learning, public minded, good leaders and good followers.

2. The findings of analysis in indicator of success in the student’s participation in classroom management by organizing the Creative Participatory Workshop, the implementation of conference for teamwork’s collaboration in brainstorming, 3 aspects of indicator for success in activity organization, were determined including: 22 indicators of learning management participation, 30 indicators of classroom disciplines, and. 20 indicators of classroom atmosphere.

3. The model development findings of student’s participation in classroom management of secondary school in northeast, the model compound of participation in atmosphere, learning and discipline. This model investigated by the thesis advisor and experts for evaluating appropriateness, it was appropriate in the highest.

4. The findings of usage the model of student’s participation in classroom management of secondary school in northeast, the research participants could implement 13 activities. The results of implementation were: The students developed according to the indicators of success. The results of implementation were 11 work pieces. The findings of analysis in satisfaction on the implementation of student’s participation in classroom management found that the research participants and students had satisfaction in overall implementation, in high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ 3) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบ และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยแบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพการจัดการในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จากโรงเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 274 โรงเรียน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ โดยมีกลุ่มผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยจำนวน 18 คน ระยะที่ 3 การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ระยะที่ 4 ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยพื้นที่ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 6 โรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 เครื่องมือมี 2 ประเภท คือ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนางาน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพการจัดการชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่า ผู้เรียนควรได้รับการพัฒนาให้มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านวินัยในชั้นเรียน และด้านการจัดบรรยากาศในชั้นเรียนให้มากขึ้น โดยมุ่งส่งเสริมให้ให้ผู้เรียนมีความกล้าแสดงออก ใฝ่เรียนรู้ มีจิตสาธารณะ มีความเป็นผู้นำและผู้ตามที่ดี

2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จการมีส่วนร่วมการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน โดยการจัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมอย่างสร้างสรรค์ของทีมงานได้กำหนดตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จในการจัดกิจกรรมทั้ง 3 ด้าน ประกอบไปด้วยด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ 22 ตัวชี้วัด ด้านวินัยในชั้นเรียน 30 ตัวชี้วัด และด้านบรรยากาศในชั้นเรียน 20 ตัวชี้วัด

3. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ได้รูปแบบการจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมประกอบด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมจัดการด้านบรรยากาศในชั้นเรียน การมีส่วนร่วมด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการมีส่วนร่วมด้านวินัยในชั้นเรียน ผลการประเมินรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่ามีความเหมาะสมในทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

4. ผลการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ผู้ร่วมวิจัยดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม จำนวน 13 กิจกรรม ผลการดำเนินงาน พบว่า ผู้เรียนได้รับการพัฒนาตามตัวชี้วัดที่กำหนด เกิดผลลัพธ์ 11 ชิ้นงาน ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบ พบว่า มีผู้ร่วมวิจัยและผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจในการดำเนินงานโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก
