The development of a learning management program for teachers in the 21st century under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) study current, desirable conditions and the needs of a learning management program for teachers in the 21st century under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1 2) develop a learning management program for teachers in the 21st century under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research method was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 was to study the current, desirable conditions and the needs of development of a learning management program for teachers in the 21st century under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1. The samples were 308 teachers under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1. using stratified random sampling technique and research instrument was questionnaire. Phase 2 was to develop a learning management program for teachers in the 21st century under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1, an assessment of program, and feasibility of the program by 7 educational experts using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Modified priority needs index (PNIModified).

The results showed that ;

1. The overall picture of current condition of a learning management program for teachers in the 21st century was at moderate level and the desirable condition of a learning management program for teachers in the 21st century was at the highest level.

2. The 21st century teacher learning management program under the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 consists of 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Contents 5 modules It consists of Module 1, a learning management focused on analytical thinking and practice, Module 2: Using and developing technology materials for learning management, Module 3, Real-world measurement and evaluation Module 4, Design of learning management focusing on people Studying is important. Module 5 Arrangement of an atmosphere conducive to learning 4) The development method consists of self-learning. 5) The measurement and evaluation consisted of pre-development cognitive assessment, 21st century teacher learning management competency assessment, development participant satisfaction assessment, and development assessment. Satisfaction of the program participants The overall evaluation of the teacher learning management program under the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at the highest level and the feasibility was at the high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 การดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 308 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 การประเมินโปรแกรม ความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. โปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา มี 5 Module ประกอบด้วย Module 1 การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการคิดวิเคราะห์และการปฏิบัติจริง Module 2 การใช้และพัฒนาสื่อเทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Module 3 การวัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง Module 4 การออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ Module 5 การจัดบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ 4) วิธีการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง และการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล ประกอบด้วย การประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจ ก่อน-หลัง การพัฒนาการประเมินความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 การประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมพัฒนาและการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ผลการประเมินโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 โดยรวม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
