The Development Guidilines for the Student Care and Support System in School Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 27

Abstract

The purposes of this research was 1) to study the current state, desirable conditions, need of the Student Care and Support System in School Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 27. The samples consisted of 99 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was the questionnaire has a Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) of 0.86 and a Reliability of 0.87. The statistics used for analyzing data were Modified Priority Need Index, mean and standard deviation. 2) to developing guidelines of the Student Care and Support System in School Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 27. Focus group discussion included 7 professionals as informants. The research instrument was the evaluation form. The statistics used for analyzing data were mean and standard deviation.

The results are as followed :

1. The current state of the Student Care and Support System in School Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 27 were at a high level. Considering all items, it was found that most of them were in the high level. Desirable conditions of The Secondary Education Service Area Office 27 were at the highest level in all items.

2. Result of a use of a guidelines for the Student Care and Support System in School Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 27 were divided into 5 categories; 1) the rationale 2) the Purpose 3) the Guidelines for promoting well-being in schools were divided into 5 factors; 3.1) screening students 3.2) on knowing individual students 3.3) problems were discovered and problem-solving solutions 3.4) well-being promotion in communities and society 3.5) 4) the Mechanism 5) the Conditions of Success. On transferring students. The results of studied categories were discussed among a focus group of experts for affirmation and suggestions. The results of possibility, suitability of developing guidelines were at highest level.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันสภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู จำนวน 99 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.86 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนี PNI 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 โดยกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินแนวทาง จำนวน 7 คน ด้วยวิธีการสนทนากลุ่มและประเมินแนวทางการพัฒนา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน สำหรับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เช่นเดียวกัน และลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น พบว่า ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน มีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคล ส่วนด้านที่มีความต้องจำเป็นน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการส่งต่อ

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 ประกอบด้วย 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) ความมุ่งหมาย 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ 3.1) ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน 3.2) ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคล 3.3) ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน 3.4) ด้านการป้องกันช่วยเหลือและการแก้ไข 3.5) ด้านการส่งต่อ 4) กลไก และ 5) เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ โดยผลการประเมินการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
