Program to Teacher Development of Learning Management Emphasizing Analytical Thinking Skill for School in Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the factors and the needs of learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill for school in CPM 2. 2) to development the program to teacher development of learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill for school in CPM 2. Phase 1 was the study of factors and needs of learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill. The sample consisted of 336. Phase 2 program. Key informants were three schools with bestpractice.

The results of this research indicated as follows; 1) There were five learning management emphasizing analytical thinking skill factors. All elements are suitable at most. Priority needs were most is setting objectives. 2) The program to teacher consisted of the following factors Principles and reasoning, Objectives, Content, Development methods, Media and tools, Measurement and evaluation.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสพป.ชัยภูมิเขต 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการพัฒนาครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สพป.ชัยภูมิเขต 2 ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 336 คน ระยะที่ 2 โปรแกรมการพัฒนาครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถานศึกษาที่มีวิธีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ จำนวน 3 แห่ง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด คือ การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ 2) โปรแกรมการพัฒนาครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ ประกอบด้วย หลักการและเหตุผล วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา วิธีการพัฒนา สื่อและเครื่องมือ และการวัดและประเมินผล
