The Development of Coaching Approach to Internal Supervision by Professional Learning Community Concept for Schools in Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 33

Abstract

This study aimed at 1) studying the current state and the desirable state of Coaching Approach to the Internal Supervision by Professional Learning Community. and 2) developing Coaching Approach to the Internal supervision by Professional Learning Community Concept. The study was divided into 2 phases. The first phase was a study of the current state and desirable state of developed Coaching Approach to the Internal Supervision by Professional Learning Community Concept. Using questionnaire to collect data from 472 administrators and teachers by using samples of Krejcie and Morgan and a Stratified Random Sampling technique. The second phase was to develop Coaching Approach to Supervision by Professional Learning Community Concept. The interview form to collect from administrators and teachers in demonstrated schools and using an assessment form to collect data from 5 distinguished educators. The descriptive statistics used in this study was mainly percentage, average and analyzed priority needs index.

The result of this study were found :

1. The current state of the internal supervision implemented by professional learning community Concept. Has high level and the desirable state of desirable conditions is at the highest possible level.

2. The Guidelines of internal supervision implemented by Professional Learning Community Concept. Is consisted of 4 components 26 indicators and 33 guidelines. The result of suitability assessment and feasibility assessment overall both aspects were at high levels respectively.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารและครูจำนวน 472 คน โดยใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Krejcie และ Morgan และใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling Technique) ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร ครูโรงเรียนต้นแบบ และแบบประเมินในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์หาค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ สภาพปัจจุบัน พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. แนวทางการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ 26 ตัวชี้วัด 33 แนวทาง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ พบว่า แนวทางมีความเหมาะสม และมีความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
