Development of Surveillance and Promotion System of Early Childhood Development in Child Care Centers, Zong Sub-distric, Namyuen District, Ubonratchatani Province

Abstract

The action research aimed to study the development process of surveillance and promotion of early childhood development in child care centers model, zong sub district, namyuen district, Ubonratchatani province. The 32 participants were participated and applied both qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative data were analyzed using by descriptive statistics and Inferential Statistics. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis.

This process consists of 1) study and analyze the situation and problems formulation in the area 2) 3) participate of the organization and the population and data collection 3) planning 4) implementation 5) follow and evaluate 6) lesson learned and knowledge sharing solve the problem and develop continuously The results of the study showed that those involved are knowledge score were increasing. There was increasingly a number of mutual development of age in the children group as 85%.

In conclusion, the factors of success are having a complete network to target together. And integrating with the network partners and the Consistent with the context. Monitoring and evaluation in the process are continuously conducting.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ตำบลโซง อำเภอน้ำยืน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี คัดเลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 32 คน รวบรวมข้อมูล เชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้ การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

กระบวนการครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย มีกระบวนการ 6 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 ศึกษาบริบทพื้นที่ตำบลโซง วิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหา ขั้นที่ 2 คัดเลือกผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัย/เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ขั้นที่ 3 กิจกรรมการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา สาเหตุ และวางแผนปฏิบัติการขั้นที่ 4 การนำแผนปฏิบัติการสู่การปฏิบัติ ขั้นที่ 5 กำกับ ติดตาม ประเมินผล ขั้นที่ 6 ถอดบทเรียน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค แนวทางแก้ไขและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่าผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องมีการ เปลี่ยนแปลงด้านความรู้ เจตคติ พฤติกรรม การรับรู้ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมเพิ่มขึ้น และเด็กปฐมวัยในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กที่มีพัฒนาการสมวัยเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นร้อยละ 85

สรุป กระบวนการ การส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในครั้งนี้มีปัจจัย แห่งความสำเร็จ คือ การมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องและการบูรณาการทำงานระหว่างภาคีเครือข่ายที่ในพื้นที่อย่างใกล้ชิด และกำกับติดตามและประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง
