The Development of Guidelines for School Management According to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Schools under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area

Abstract

The Development of Guidelines for School Management according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Schools under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area. The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate the present states and desirable states of the School administration according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Schools under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area. 2) The develop of Guidelines for School Management according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Schools under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area. The respondents were 226 which consisted school principals and teachers responsible economic philosophy in the school selected by stratified random sampling. Field study was 2 schools which were the best practice on the school management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy by interviewing 6 school principals and teachers responsible economic philosophy in the school and teachers. The Development of Guidelines had been evaluated for suitability and possibility by 14 experts. The instruments were questionnaire, a structured interview form, an evaluation form and a record form. The content validity of the current state questionnaire is 0.96 and the desirable state questionnaire is 0.97. The analysis of quantitative data was using mean, standard deviation and priority needs index, and qualitative data was using content analysis.

The finding were as follows:

1. present states of the school management according to sufficiency economy philosophy as the whole was at the high level, the desirable states of the school management according to sufficiency economy philosophy as the whole was at the highest level, and the priority needs index was at the high level.

2. Guidelines of school management according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of schools under The Office of Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area consisted of 5 elements, 37 guidelines, the result of guidelines assessment by luminaries were found that the guidelines suitability and possibility assessed both overall were at the highest levels.

การพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร และ 2) พัฒนาแนวการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูจำนวน 226 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) การศึกษาโรงเรียนที่มีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) จำนวน 2 โรงเรียน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และครู จำนวน 6 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ตรวจสอบยืนยันแนวทาง ประเมินความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 14 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินแนวทาง ซึ่งแบบสอบถามด้านสภาพปัจจุบัน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 และแบบสอบถามด้านสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 สถิติทีใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น PNI

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร แบ่งเป็น 5 องค์ประกอบ 37 แนวทาง
