Guidelines for Enhancing Creative Thinking for Teachers under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21

Abstract

This research aimed 1) to study the current state, the desirable state of enhancing creative thinking for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 21 and 2) to developing the guidelines for enhancing creative thinking for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 21. The research divided to 2 phases, the first phase was study the current state, the desirable state of enhancing creative thinking for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 21 collected data from 325 samples, the second phase was developed the guidelines for enhancing creative thinking for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 21 and assessed the suitability and feasibility of guidelines by 7 luminaries. Descriptive statistics used to analysis data were mainly percentage, average and standard deviation. The result of this research were found that: 1. The current state of enhanc creative thinking for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 21 overall were at moderate levels and the desirable state overall were at high levels. 2. The guidelines for enhancing creative thinking for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 21 included the enhanceing creative thinking for teachers on personal aspect were 3 elements 14 indicators and 21 guidelines and on organization aspect were 3 elements 11 indicators and 24 guidelines, overall 25 indicators 45 guidelines and the result of assessed the suitability and feasibility of guidelines both overall were at high levels.

การวิจัยครั้งมีความมุ่งหมายดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการเสริมสร้างความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการเสริมสร้างความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 325 คน ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 ดำเนินการพัฒนาแนวทาง และประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเสริมสร้างความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 มีสภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. แนวทางการเสริมสร้างความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 ประกอบด้วย การเสริมสร้างความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครู ด้านบุคคล 3 องค์ประกอบ 14 ตัวชี้วัด 21 แนวทาง และการเสริมสร้างความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครู ด้านองค์กร 3 องค์ประกอบ 11 ตัวชี้วัด 24 แนวทาง รวม 25 ตัวชี้วัด 45 แนวทาง และมีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางอยู่ในระดับมาก
