Development of Learning Management by Using CIRC with Skill Training Sets to Promote English Reading and Writing for Prathomsuksa 4-6 Students

Abstract

The research aimed were 1) to develop learning management by using CIRC with skill training sets to promote English reading for Prathomsuksa 4-6 students with required criterion establishment of 70 percent, 2) to develop learning management by using CIRC with skill training sets to promote English writing for Prathomsuksa 4-6 students with required criterion establishment of 70 percent, 3) to study the satisfaction of students towards learning management by using CIRC with skill training sets to promote English reading and Writing for Prathomsuksa 4-6 students. The target group is students in Prathomsuksa 4-6, Ban Donglan School, number of 8 people, obtained using the purpose sampling. The research instruments consist of 1) 8 learning management with skill training sets plans, 2) 2 sets of skill training Sets, 3) Unit test, 4) behavioral observation form, 5) Students’ satisfaction questionnaire, 6) English reading and writing ability test. This research was an action research based on Kemmis & Taggart. There are 2 operating circuits. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results were as follows:

1. The result of develop learning management by using CIRC with skill training sets to promote English reading for Prathomsuksa 4-6 students circuit 1, the average score of 66.88 percent, circuit 2, the average score of 78.75 percent which passed Criteria 70 percent as defined.

2. The result of develop learning management by using CIRC with skill training sets to promote English writing for Prathomsuksa 4-6 circuit 1, the average score of 54.36 percent, circuit 2, the average score of 74.38 percent which passed Criteria 70 percent as defined.

3. The overall students’ satisfaction of students towards learning management by using CIRC with skill training sets to promote English reading and Writing for Prathomsuksa 4-6 students was at in the high level (x̅ = 4.36, S.D. = 0.40)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ประกอบชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ ที่ส่งเสริมการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ตามเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 2) พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ประกอบชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ ที่ส่งเสริมการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ตามเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ประกอบชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ ที่ส่งเสริมการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 โรงเรียนบ้านดงลาน (คุรุรัฐประชาสรรค์) จำนวน 8 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ประกอบชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ จำนวน 8 แผน 2) ชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะที่ส่งเสริมการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ จำนวน 2 ชุด 3) แบบทดสอบย่อยท้ายแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการเรียนของนักเรียน 5) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ประกอบชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ ที่ส่งเสริมการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 6) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีวงจรปฏิบัติการ 2 วงจร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้

1. การพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ประกอบชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ ที่ส่งเสริมการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 วงจรที่ 1 การอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 66.88 และวงจรที่ 2 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 78.75 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ตามที่กำหนดไว้

2. การพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ประกอบชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ ที่ส่งเสริมการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 วงจรที่ 1 การเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 54.36 และวงจรที่ 2 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 74.38 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ตามที่กำหนดไว้

3. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ประกอบชุดแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ ที่ส่งเสริมการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีค่าความพึงพอใจโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับ มาก (x̅ = 4.36, S.D. = 0.40)
