The Guidelines to Enhance Teachers’ Competency for Students Development in Schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the needs of teacher competency development for student development in educational institutions. Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) develop guidelines for enhancing teacher competency in developing learners in educational institutions. Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the samples used were School administrators and teachers in educational institutions Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 354 people determined the sample size by comparing the total population using the Crazy and Morgan tables. And simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling). 4 of the best practice school administrators and teachers in the school were used as a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, interview form and suitability assessment form. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. The results of the study, the need for teacher competency development in the development of learners in educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the results of analysis of the Necessary Improvement Index (PNI modified) in the development of teacher competency in the development of learners in educational institutions. 2. There are eight approaches to physical and mental health, 3) 6 aspects of value instilling and democracy, and 4) moral and ethical instillation, there are 9 approaches.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 2) พัฒนาแนวทางเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 จำนวน 354 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเทียบจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมดโดยใช้ตารางเครซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ จำนวน 4 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมินความความเหมาะสม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏผลดังนี้

1. ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 ผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นปรับปรุง (PNImodified) ในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 พบว่า ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) การจัดสวัสดิการและระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 2) การพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต สุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิต 3) การปลูกฝังค่านิยมและความเป็นประชาธิปไตย 4)การปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม

2. แนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 โดยการนำเอาผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็น สมรรถนะครูด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียน และผลจากการศึกษาโรงเรียนที่มีผลการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศให้เป็นกรอบในการร่างแนวทาง โดยผ่านผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน ประเมินความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ประกอบด้วย 6 ขั้นตอน รวม 29 แนวทาง ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการจัดสวัสดิการและระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน มี 6 แนวทาง 2) ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต สุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิต มี 8 แนวทาง 3) ด้านการปลูกฝังค่านิยมและความเป็นประชาธิปไตย มี 6 แนวทาง และ 4) ด้านการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม มี 9 แนวทาง
