Abstract

Research on The Development of Professional Learning Community Guidelines for Teachers in Schools under the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, The objectives of the research 1) To study the current and desirable conditions and needs of the professional learning community promotion of teachers in educational institutions. Under the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to develop guidelines for promoting professional learning communities of teachers in educational institutions Under the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, which is a mixed methodology. There are 2 phases of the process: Phase 1 The study of current conditions and current needs, promoting a learning-oriented community. Profession of teachers in educational institutions The sample consisted of 306 administrators and teachers in educational institutions which were selected by stratified random sampling. The tools used in the research were questionnaires and phase 2. Professional learning community of teachers in educational institutions Under the Office of Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area, Area 2, 7 experts with information to verify/assess the suitability The possibility Correctness and utility of teachers' professional learning community promotion in schools The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results of the research showed that :

1. Current conditions: Promoting a professional learning community of teachers in educational institutions Under the Office of Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area, Area 2, in general, at a high level And desirable conditions, promoting the professional learning community of teachers in educational institutions Under the Office of Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area, Area 2, in overall, the highest level.

2. Developing guidelines for promoting professional learning communities of teachers in educational institutions Under the Office of Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area 2, consisting of 6 aspects, 29 ways, vision and Share values, there are 4 ways, Collaborative teamwork, there are 5 ways, Shared Leadership, there are 6 ways, Professional Learning and Development There are 4 ways in the community, there are 5 ways in which the Caring community and the Supportive structure have 5 ways. The possibility Accuracy and utility of the development of guidelines for promoting professional learning communities of teachers in educational institutions. Under the Office of Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area, Area 2, by 7 experts in total The accuracy and utility are at the highest level. And the possibility is at a high level.

การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 ความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methodology) มีขั้นตอนดำเนินการ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึ่งประสงค์การส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 306 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน ตรวจสอบยืนยัน/ประเมินความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความถูกต้องและอรรถประโยชน์ของส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. การพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน 29 แนวทาง ได้แก่ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์และค่านิยมร่วม มี 4 แนวทาง ด้านทีมร่วมแรงร่วมใจ มี 5 แนวทาง ด้านภาวะผู้นำร่วม มี 6 แนวทาง ด้านการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ มี 4 แนวทาง ด้านชุมชนกัลยาณมิตร มี 5 แนวทาง และด้านโครงสร้างสนับสนุนชุมชน มี 5 แนวทาง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความถูกต้องและอรรถประโยชน์ของการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 7 คน โดยรวมความเหมาะสม ความถูกต้องและอรรถประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
