The Development of the Student Care and Support System Guidelines for School Under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The research topic was the Development of the Student Care and Support System Guidelines for School Under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. This was the research and development of the guidelines for the operation of the student support system. The aim of research were 1) to study current conditions desirable conditions and needs of the operation of the student support system of the schools under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 3. 2) to study the guidelines for the development of the operation according to the student support systems of the schools under the jurisdiction of the Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 3. The research was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 studies current conditions desirable condition and needs as according to the operation of the student support system of the schools under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 3. 1) Population and sample groups were 1680 teachers. 2) The sample group consisted of classroom teachers under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 3 was a classroom teacher of 313 people. Phase 2 1) study the guidelines for the development of the system to help students in schools under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 3 by interview from schools with best practices, 2) Drafting guidelines for the development of the implementation of the student support system under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 3, 3) Assessing the guidelines for the development of task according to the student support system in 5 areas.

The research results show that:

1. The current state of operation in accordance with the student support system in general was at a high level (x̅ = 3.61) and when considered in each aspect, it was found that in the high level in all 5 aspects. The desirable condition in operation According to the student support system was in the highest level (x̅ = 4.61) when considered in each aspect. The results of the needs analysis regarding the operation according to the student support system of the schools under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 3 found that the need for screening was at the level of Highest (PNImodified = 0.39). The second was the student promotion (PNImodified = 0.26). The 3rd has 2 sides that was same average, knowing each student individually (PNI Modified = 0.25) and student referrals (PNImodified= 0.25). The last one was prevention and problem Solving (PNImodified = 0.24).

2. The results of the evaluation of the appropriateness of the operation according to the student support system of the schools under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 3 were at a high level when considered in each aspect. The first order of the average was from the highest to the lowest, namely the student screening (x̅ = 4.34), the second was the knowledge of students individually (x̅ = 4.30), followed by the equal meaning of 2 aspects was the prevention and problem solving (x̅ = 3.90) and the forwarding of students (x̅ = 3.90) while the least mean was the promotion of students (x̅ = 3.86). From the study, the Development of the Student Care and Support System Guidelines for School Under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. has guidelines for the development of the system to support the student, with a total of 5 elements, 34 guidelines arranged according to the elements of the system can help students as follows: 1. To know each student individually, There were 6 methods. 2. Providing a system for screening students, there were 7 methods. 3. In the promotion and development of students, there were 7 methods. 4. The prevention and problem solving, there were 8 methods. 5.dimensions forwarding students, there are 6 methods.

การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 ในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยมีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 3 1) ประชากรได้แก่ครูประจำชั้น ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 3จำนวน 1,680 คน 2)กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ครูประจำชั้นในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 3เป็นครูประจำชั้นจำนวน 313 คน ระยะที่ 2 1) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาการดำเนินตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 3 โดยการสัมภาษณ์ จากโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) 2) ยกร่างแนวทางในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 3) ประเมินแนวทางในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 5 ด้าน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพปัจจุบันในการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 3.61) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 5 ด้าน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.61) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ทั้ง 5 ด้านผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 พบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นในด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด (PNImodified = 0.39) ลำดับที่ 2 คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน (PNImodified = 0.26) ลำดับที่ 3 มี 2 ด้านโดยค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน ได้แก่ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล (PNImodified = 0.25) และด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน (PNImodified = 0.25) ลำดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา (PNImodified = 0.24)

2. ผลเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการประเมินความเหมาะสมของการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา มหาสารคาม เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน (x̅ = 4.34) ลำดับที่ 2 ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล (x̅ = 4.30) รองลงมามีค่าเฉลี่ยที่เท่ากัน 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา (x̅ = 3.90) และด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน (x̅ = 3.90) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ การส่งเสริมนักเรียน (x̅ = 3.86) จากผลการศึกษาการพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต3 ได้แนวทางในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยมีทั้งหมด 5 องค์ประกอบ 34 แนวทาง เรียงตามองค์ประกอบของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ได้ดังนี้ 1.ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล มีทั้งหมดจำนวน 6 แนวทาง 2.ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน มีทั้งหมดจำนวน 7 แนวทาง 3.ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน มีทั้งหมดจำนวน 7 แนวทาง 4.ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา มีทั้งหมดจำนวน 8 แนวทาง 5.ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน มีทั้งหมดจำนวน 6 แนวทาง
