The Development of Student Care and Support System using Professional Learning Community for Teachers under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 32 Schools

Abstract

The purpose of this research is order to study the current state and desired characteristics of the implementation of students system was used as the professional learning community for teachers in school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 And to develope the implementation of students system solution was used as the professional learning community for teachers in school under Secondary Educational Service Area office 32. Population in this research was 343 teachers and the informant was 7 the administrator school, head of student care-taking system and the expert. The research instrument were questionnaire, interview form and assessment form. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The research results revealed that:

1. The result of analysis the current state and desired characteristic of the implementation of students system was used as the professional learning community for teachers in school under Secondary Education Service Area office 32 found that the current state was high and desired characteristic was the highest level, ranking in the order of need from high to low as transferring students, knowing, individual students, screening students, preventing and solving problems and supporting students

2. The result of developed the implementation of students system solution was used as the professional learning community for teachers in school under Secondary Educational Service Area office 32 consist of 5 fields 37 solutions found that the suitability and the possibility were highest level.

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 และเพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 343 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและหัวหน้างานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินแนวทาง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 สภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งต่อ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ปัญหา และด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน

2. ผลการพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน 37 แนวทาง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง พบว่า ความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด
