The Effects of Digital Accounting Skills on The Success of Accounting Practice of Accountants in The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the effects of digital accounting skills on the success of accounting practice of accountants in the industrial estate authority of Thailand. By collecting data from 364 accountants in the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and using questionnaires as a tool to collect statistical data used for data analysis, including t-test, F-test (ANOVA and MANOVA), multiple correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.

According to analysis of relationships and effects, it found that 1) Digital accounting skills in the use of information technology Infrastructure have a positive relationship and impact with the success of accounting Practice in system resource worth, operations process, participant satisfaction 2) Digital accounting skills in the computer-based accounting systems implementation have a positive relationship and impact with success of accounting practice, procurement in system resource worth, participant satisfaction. 3) Digital accounting skills in the online account transaction have a positive relationship and impact with the system resource worth Moreover, 4) Digital accounting skills in the accounting information have a positive relationship and impact with the Participant satisfaction.

In summary, digital accounting skills and the success of accounting Practice of accountants in the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand. Therefore, accountants in the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand should pay more attention to digital accounting skills to apply in accounting operations. By developing their knowledge and expertise in digital accounting to be ready for future changes and can use their digital accounting skills to analyze problems, make decisions, and plan, formulate policies for accounting operations to success and benefit to the organization.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของทักษะทางการบัญชีดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จ ในการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชีของนักบัญชีในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักบัญชีในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 364 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ t-test, F-test (ANOVA และ MANOVA) การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ

จากการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบพบว่า 1) ทักษะทางการบัญชีดิจิทัล ด้านการใช้โครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชี ด้านการจัดหาและใช้ปัจจัยทรัพยากรให้คุ้มค่า ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านความพึงพอใจของทุกฝ่าย 2) ทักษะทางการบัญชีดิจิทัล ด้านการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชี ด้านการบรรลุเป้าหมายความสำเร็จ ด้านการจัดหาและใช้ปัจจัยทรัพยากรให้คุ้มค่า ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน 3) ทักษะทางการบัญชีดิจิทัล ด้านการทำธุรกรรมบัญชีออนไลน์ มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชี ด้านการจัดหาและใช้ปัจจัยทรัพยากรให้คุ้มค่า ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน และ 4) ทักษะทางการบัญชีดิจิทัล ด้านการสื่อสารสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชี ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน

โดยสรุป ทักษะทางการบัญชีดิจิทัลมีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชี ของนักบัญชีในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ดังนั้น นักบัญชีในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย จึงควรให้ความสำคัญกับทักษะทางการบัญชีดิจิทัล เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชี โดยการพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถ ความชำนาญ ทางการบัญชีดิจิทัลของตนเอง ให้พร้อมกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคตและสามารถใช้ทักษะทางการบัญชีดิจิทัลที่มีเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การตัดสินใจ และการวางแผนกำหนดนโยบาย ในการปฏิบัติงานทางบัญชีให้เกิดความสำเร็จและเป็นประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่องค์กร
