Effect of Quality Accountant Skills on Work Efficiency of Accountants as Sub-district Administrative Organization in Northeastern of Thailand

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study of the effect of quality Accountant skills on work efficiency of accountant as sub-district administrative organization in Lower Eastern by using a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting data from 167 accountant of sub-district administrative organization. The statistics used for analyses of the collected data included were t-test, F-test (ANOVA and MANOVA), multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis.

The results of the research revealed that the accountant of sub-district administrative organization agreed with having quality accountant skills as a whole and in the aspect at a high level as interpersonal and communication skill, personal skill and technical skill. And that the accountant of sub-district administrative organization agreed with having work efficiency as a whole and in the aspect at a high level as timeliness, reliability and standardization.

The accountant of sub-district administrative organization with different level of education and positioning on current job agreed differently with having quality accountant skills as a whole.

The accountant of sub-district administrative organization with different income of mount agreed differently with having work efficiency as a whole.

According to analyses of relationships and effects the following were found 1) quality accountant skills in the aspects of interpersonal and communication skill overall had positive relationships with and effects on work efficiency in the aspects of reliability and standardization. 2) quality accountant skills in the aspects of organizational and business management skills overall had positive relationships with and effects on work efficiency in the aspects of reliability, timeliness and standardization

In conclusion, the effect of quality Accountant skills on work efficiency of accountant as sub-district administrative organization. Therefore, accountants executives should be personal skill, interpersonal and communication skill and organizational and business management skills. For that accountants can use these factors to work for the organization, which will lead to efficient operations and achieve on objective of the organization more than efficiently.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของทักษะนักบัญชีคุณภาพที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของนักบัญชีองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือโดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักบัญชีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 167 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ t-test, F-test (ANOVA และ MANOVA) การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยอย่างง่าย และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักบัญชีองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล มีความคิดเห็นด้วยเกี่ยวกับการมีทักษะนักบัญชีคุณภาพ โดยรวมและเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ด้านเฉพาะบุคคล และด้านเทคนิคทั่วไปและเทคนิคเฉพาะเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพ และนักบัญชีองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล มีความคิดเห็นด้วยเกี่ยวกับการมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานโดยรวมและเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านความทันเวลา ด้านความเชื่อถือได้ และด้านความมีมาตรฐาน

นักบัญชีองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ที่มีระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงานในปัจจุบัน แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นด้วยเกี่ยวกับการมีทักษะบัญชีคุณภาพแตกต่างกันนักบัญชีองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นด้วยเกี่ยวกับการมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน

จากการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบ พบว่า 1) ทักษะนักบัญชีคุณภาพ ด้านทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกันกับผู้อื่น มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน โดยรวม ด้านความเชื่อถือได้ และด้านความมีมาตรฐาน 2) ทักษะนักบัญชีคุณภาพ ด้านทักษะการจัดการทางธุรกิจและองค์กร มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน โดยรวม ด้านความเชื่อถือได้ ด้านความทันเวลา และด้านความมีมาตรฐาน

โดยสรุป ผลกระทบของทักษะนักบัญชีคุณภาพที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของนักบัญชีองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ควรให้ความสำคัญในเรื่องของทักษะด้านเฉพาะบุคคล และทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และด้านทักษะการจัดการทางธุรกิจและองค์กร เพื่อให้นักบัญชีสามารถนำปัจจัยเหล่านี้มีใช้ในการทำงานให้กับองค์กรซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การดำเนินงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
