A Process study for the excellence of the national military band

Abstract

The study of the process for achieving excellence at the national award marching band use the qualitative research methodology system aims to 1) Study the problems and compare the training process of the marching band. National Award Winner 2) Analyze the process of practicing the national award winning marching band. 3) To create a process manual for marching band excellence. The research is a qualitative research. Data were collected by interviewing marching band experts. The sample consisted of 6 schools with supervisors who trained in national level marching bands. The results of the research can be summarized as follows:

1. The problems and compare the training process of the marching band. National Award Winner school teachers and students plan and solve problems together. During the semester, practice the basics of correct music and discipline and focusing on band ensemble. In this regard, the school participated national contest every year, for the continuous development of students.

2. The process of practicing the marching band. There is a process to practice according to the judging criteria such as Tone Quality, Intonation, Dynamics Range, control of sound characteristics. Articulation Technique Rhythm and Tempo Balance and Ensemble Music and Literature Music Expression (Musicianship) By beginning the rehearsal process from slowly then increase the speed to the song that was brought to the contest.

3. A Guide to the excellence of the marching band Is synthesizes from the collection of data from studies of 6 marching bands that have won national competitions and the experience of conductor winning many awards. 1. ปัญหาของกระบวนการฝึกซ้อมวงโยธวาทิตที่ได้รับรางวัลระดับชาติมี 8 ประเด็น คือ 1) นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมปลายเรียนพิเศษ 2) นักเรียนมีความรู้พื้นฐานไม่เท่ากันจึงทาให้มีนักเรียนจำนวนหนึ่งบรรเลงไม่ทันเพื่อน 3) นักเรียนบรรเลงเพลงไม่ได้ตามกาหนด 4) นักเรียนบรรเลงบทเพลงประกวดยังไม่มีคุณภาพ 5) ครูเปลี่ยนบทเพลงที่จะบรรเลงประกวด 6) นักเรียนบรรเลงสัญลักษณ์ทางดนตรี (Articulation) ได้ไม่ครบถ้วนทำให้บทเพลงขาดความไพเราะ 7) บทเพลงที่นักเรียนบรรเลง ไม่มีความสมดุลของเสียง 8)งบประมาณไม่เพียงพอ และมีกระบวนการฝึกซ้อมอยู่ 2 รูปแบบ คือ 1) การฟังจากต้นแบบ และ 2) เน้นให้มีการฝึกซ้อมกลุ่มย่อย (Section)

2. กระบวนการฝึกซ้อมการบรรเลงของวงโยธวาทิตที่ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศระดับชาติ ได้นำเกณฑ์การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการการประกวดมาวิเคราะห์จำแนกและทำการฝึกซ้อมมี 8 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) ฝึกให้วงมีคุณภาพเสียงในการบรรเลงที่ดี 2) ฝึกรวมวงให้เสียงมีความสมดุลและกลมกลืน 3) เลือกใช้แบบฝึกหัดให้เหมาะสมกับบทเพลง 4) การคัดเลือกบทเพลงสำหรับใช้ประกวด 5) ฝึกรวมวงตามสัญลักษณ์ทางดนตรีในแต่ละบทเพลงให้มีคุณภาพ 6) การเรียงลำดับขั้นตอนการฝึกซ้อมบทเพลง 7) รูปแบบการซ้อมใหญ่

3. คู่มือกระบวนการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของวงโยธวาทิต สร้างมาจากการนำผลการวิจัยในข้อ 1 และ 2 มาทำการสังเคราะห์และออกแบบเป็นคู่มือ โดยแบ่งออกเป็นสามตอนคือ 1) เทคนิคการฝึกซ้อมรวมวง 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการฝึกซ้อมของวงโยธวาทิต 3) โครงการพัฒนาวงโยธวาทิตเพื่อการประกวด
