Developing a Program for Coaching Supervision in Schools Under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 30

Abstract

The objectives of the research were; 1) to study the current condition Desirable condition and necessity of the instructional internal supervision for educational institutions. Program assessment The research instruments included the program suitability assessment.The population consisted of five experts. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation.

The results were as follows

1. Study of current condition Desirable condition And the necessity of internal supervision, instructional model for educational institutions. Under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 30, it was found that the current state of the instructional supervision. Overall was at a moderate level. In desirable conditions, overall instructional supervision was at a high level. The need for instructional supervision was found in descending order, namely 1) instructional planning, 2) implementation of the instructional plan, 3) pre-teaching preparation, and 4) aspects of teaching planning. Model The instructional model consists of 4 models, namely, Model 1, pre-teaching preparation, suggestion model 2, teaching planning, teaching model 3, adherence to instructional plan, and Model 4 in evaluation and summary. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะสําหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะ สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร้อยละ ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 จำนวน 2,197 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 จำนวน 235 คน 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาการนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะสําหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง การประเมินโปรแกรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของโปรแกรม ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะสําหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันการนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์การนิเทศแบบสอนแนะโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ความต้องการจำเป็นของการนิเทศแบบสอนแนะเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการวางแผนการสอนแนะ 2) ด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผนการสอนแนะ 3) ด้านการเตรียมการก่อนสอนแนะ และ 4) ด้านการประเมินและติดตามผล

2. การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) จุดมุ่งหมาย 3) เนื้อหา 4) วิธีการดำเนินการพัฒนา 5) ขั้นตอนดําเนินการ 6) การประเมินผล Modelการนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะ ประกอบด้วย 4 Model ได้แก่ Model 1 การเตรียมการก่อนสอนแนะ Model 2 ด้านการวางแผนการสอนแนะ Model 3 การปฏิบัติตามแผนการสอนแนะ และ Model 4 ด้านการประเมินผลและสรุปผล การประเมินความเหมาะสมของโปรแกรมการนิเทศภายในแบบสอนแนะสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 พบว่า โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
