Development of Program for Enhancing Capacity of Learning Management Active Learning of Primary School Teacher under of Office of the Basic Education

Abstract

The research aimed to study the components and indicators, study a present, desirable characteristic. Create of program and Implementing the effect of using of Program for enhancing capacity of learning management Active Learning of Primary School teacher under of office of the Basic Education. The research was divided into 4 phases. Phase 1 study the components and indicators of learning management Active Learning of Primary School teacher under of office of the Basic Education, by 7 experts purposive sampling. Phase 2 study a present, desirable characteristic, There were 374 samples consisting of administrators and academic head teachers by stratified sampling. Phase 3 Create of program for enhancing capacity of learning management Active Learning of Primary School teacher under of office of the Basic Education, by 9 experts purposive Sampling and Phase 4 Implement the effect of using of Program, Used for 10 people by purposive Sampling. Tools used in data collection Including questionnaires, assessments form, interviews The current condition and the desired condition form Statistics used in data analysis are percentage. Average and standard deviation and Priority Needs Index.

The results were as follows :

1. Learning management Active Learning of Primary School teacher under of office of the Basic Education have 4 components and 30 indicators and The assessment results were at the highest level.

2. The current circumstances with the whole picture were at medium level. The desirable characteristics with the whole picture were at the highest level.

3. Program for enhancing capacity of learning management Active Learning of Primary School teacher under of office of the Basic Education, were consisted of 1) principle, 2) objective of program, 3) content were consisted of Module 1 Design of learning management Active Learning, Module 2 Learning management Active Learning, Module 3 Use and development of media for Learning management Active Learning, Module 4 evaluation of Learning management Active Learning 4) development activities, and 5) measurement and evaluation. term of appropriateness was at the high level and possibility was at the highest level.

4. The Implementing of the Program for enhancing capacity of learning management Active Learning of Primary School teacher under of office of the Basic Education were: The knowledge assessment scores after participating in the development were higher than the scores before participating in the development, The behavioral level after development was significantly higher than before at the .05 level and the satisfaction level was at the highest level.

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัด ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ สร้างโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา และศึกษาผลการนำโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานไปใช้ การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ จำนวน 374 คน โดยสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ระยะที่ 3 สร้างโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง ระยะที่ 4 นำโปรแกรมฯไปใช้ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัด แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ แบบทดสอบ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ 30 ตัวชี้วัด ความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

3. ผลการสร้างโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรม 3) เนื้อหา ประกอบด้วย Module 1 การออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก Module 2 การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก Module 3 การใช้และพัฒนาสื่อ และแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับ การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก Module 4 การประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 4) วิธีการพัฒนา และ 5) การประเมินผลการพัฒนา มีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมาก และความเป็นไปได้โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

4. ผลการใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน คะแนนประเมินความรู้หลังการเข้าร่วมพัฒนาสูงกว่าคะแนนก่อนการเข้าร่วมพัฒนา ระดับพฤติกรรมหลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 และระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
