The land of hope

Abstract

The creation of visual artwork, land of hope thesis, aims to study the agricultural landscape environment by focusing on the details of some hopeful area and relations to people in the area. Furthermore, the thesis aims to create 2D paintings expressing through the shape of a rice field landscape using black and white oil technique by pointing of colors and creating rough textures to show traces of and exhausting and tough lives. To creatively represent some hope of the land, information was collected from the exact environment including agricultural habitats in the area and inspired by the creation of landscape paintings and the influence of works of art such as The Rural Landscape series from Thawee Nantakwang, Le Dormeur da Val series from Anselm Kiefer, The Novelty series from Niti Wattuya, The Kong Fang series from Boonnam Sasud, and the the Potato Eaters from Vincent van Gogh. to find clarity of the subject matters by analyzing all the information, symbolic shapes and creative techniques were used to create 4 unique pieces of artwork.

The result of the study and creativity found that landscape painting expresses feelings, hopeful thoughts, as well as memorization of rural life stories through how people live their lives in the area.

The Land of Hope Thesis shows the value and importance of things and people around you. Giving attention and caring for the family is a beginning of sympathy. Think optimistically and live life hopefully.

วิทยานิพนธ์การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทัศนศิลป์เรื่อง แผ่นดินแห่งความหวัง มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมทิวทัศน์ทางเกษตรกรรม โดยเน้นลงไปในรายละเอียดพื้นที่ที่เป็นความหวังของชีวิตและความสัมพันธ์ของพื้นที่กับผู้คน 2) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานจิตรกรรม 2 มิติ แสดงออกผ่านรูปแบบจิตรกรรมภาพทิวทัศน์เหมือนจริง ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพื้นที่ทำมาหากินในภูมิลำเนา โดยใช้เทคนิคสีน้ำมัน สีบรรยากาศขาว ดำ ด้วยการจุดสี และการสร้างพื้นผิวที่หยาบขรุขระ ที่แสดงร่องรอยการดำเนินชีวิตด้วยความลำบากเหน็ดเหนื่อย แร้นแค้น โดยมีแนวความคิดที่จะแสดงถึงพื้นที่แห่งความหวัง มีวิธีการดำเนินการสร้างสรรค์โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากสภาพแวดล้อม ได้แก่ แหล่งที่อยู่อาศัย พื้นที่ทางเกษตรกรรมในภูมิลำเนา ข้อมูลจากเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานจิตรกรรมทิวทัศน์และอิทธิพลผลจากผลงานศิลปกรรมของ ทวี นันทขว้าง ในผลงานชุดทิวทัศน์ชนบท Anselm Kiefer ในผลงานชุด Le Dormeur du Val นิติ วัตุยา ในผลงานชุด novelty บุญนำสาสุด ในผลงานชุด กองฟาง และ Vincent van Gogh ในผลงานชื่อ The Potato Eaters วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาความชัดเจนของแนวเรื่อง รูปทรงสัญลักษณ์ และเทคนิคกลวิธีดำเนินการสร้างสรรค์จำนวน 4 ชิ้น

ผลการศึกษา และสร้างสรรค์ พบว่า จิตรกรรมทิวทัศน์เป็นสารแสดงความรู้สึกถึงผืนแผ่นดินที่ยิ่งใหญ่ แสดงความคิด คือภาพสะท้อนความหวังของชีวิตจากผืนแผ่นดินในธรรมชาติ ตลอดจนบันทึกเรื่องราวช่วงชีวิต ความทรงจำได้เป็นอย่างดี ผ่านพื้นที่เชื่อมโยงกับผู้คนในการดำเนินชีวิต

โดยสรุปในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิทยานิพนธ์แผ่นดินแห่งความหวัง เห็นคุณค่าและความสำคัญของเรื่องราว และบุคคลรอบ ๆ ตัวให้ความสำคัญกับบุคคนในครอบครัว เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นทางมนุษยธรรม เห็นอกเห็นใจคนยากไร้ มองโลกในแง่ดีดำเนินชีวิตด้วยพลัง และความหวัง
